This place has gone down the drain. Not yet this location, but the entire franchise. Back in the days. You had combos were good and drinks and coins were one whole combo. Would cost about $40 for a family to have fun. Nowadays you have food for $30 plus the coins (time/points) an additional $25. On top of that they sell you a card to load the points or time for $3 or the wristband $5. Where did the Chuck E. Cups and coins go. You’re looking at close to $70-$90. In todays generation. The large cup for $2.99 is what the small cup at sonic. So sad. Games were not all working. This game for example. Jackpot is drop 350+ coins, if you look closely. I’m not sure those coins add up to the jackpot. For the money I spent here. I know I’ll have other options.

We had a wonderful time. The workers were so friendly and it wasn’t crowded at all- we ended up having the whole place to ourselves. They still have 1 animatron Chuck E. Some of the games have wear and tear but that’s expected. It didn’t stop us from having fun. The pizza was great, the salad bar was fresh. Definitely was a great experience, I haven’t been to this good of one in a while. Will return 🙂

I ordered two pizzas, large pepperoni and medium half cheese and pep, and the manager lady took great care. And made em perfect. And was very efficient. Thanks.

At Chuck E Cheese Waco, most games were not in working order and took our money (no out of order signs). The basketball and footballs for tossing were either non existent or deflated. The restaurant was dirty and low staffed. There was a lack of games to play, so don’t buy more than 10$ of points.

poor food rampant cheating and a manager who took frequent breaks with what seemed to be his mistresses and their children. I know with places like this you pay for kids entertainment but this place was garbage. the pizza was greasy an somehow undercooked. The games were dirty. The staff seemed unintrested i their jobs and unmotivated to do better. If I could give 1 star I would. we came as a speculative visit to determine if a birthday here would be desirable... today ensured it was a no.

Very good very cheap and well staffed and clean staff were very friendly and all games were working me and my son were able to play all games 5 times but can you have a doomsday anniversary for d day on June 6th 1944 cuz he dresses up as a usmc soldier of a german ww2 soldier he weres either and he wants crusty a pizza time theatre character from pizza time theatre and the cheese wall he wants to see crusty and the cheese wall at every chuck e cheese and he wants pasqualy plush to he said he would scream if there were no pasqualy plushes by the end of 2022 so please add these things in to make him happy

We were visiting my niece and decided to take her out, and this was a great choice.
The kids all had a great time, the food was hot and tasty and the staff was a lot of fun and extremely helpful.
You really can't go wrong with the original indoor playground! Yay Chucky!! 🤣

I just wanna say what a messy nasty place don’t take your kids here it looks like they dont clean at all just so nasty!
The customer service is awful the manager that was there was on his laptop sitting down and when I asked about redeeming my prizes he ignored me! Also some machines were not working and some machines litteraly took my points and didn’t work at all like they were jammed or something I Won’t ever be back again I got In the car and used a whole sanitizer to clean my hands!
