The puffle is the new crepe. It's basically waffle batter molded into a different shape. The people who run this booth are the absolute sweetest, but the main guy is a hoot! He's the kind of people you keep coming back for. It doesn't hurt that the food is so delicious too! I got my vanilla bean puf
