Hunter is awesome. There was a problem when I got my coffee, I did not realize this until after I had left... I called explained the issue and he was beyond helpful. Wonderful coffee, exployees are always very nice and friendly. If there is a major delay they will let you know and offer a refund if you ordered ahead and can't wait.

Great experience every time I come here. Consistent, fast and nice workers. I have to say I am always pleasantly surprised by Mayumi’s positive energy. All of the baristas here are great but she definitely stands out as such a bundle of joy - great interaction to start my day!

Between 330-350 I went through the drive through and asked for a creme drink and the guy said he didn't know what I was talking about and I told him it was in the menu but their screen was off and he said "well I don't know, anything else"? And I only ordered a whtchocmochfrap with a bit of strawberry when I get to the window they give me a strawberry drink and I told him that's not what I ordered, and he told me to just try it because I didn't know if I was going to like it and I said yeah, but I still want my drink and with an attitude he said "so you want me to remake this with less strawberry?" And I just looked at him and said yes. I mean that's what I had ordered to begin with. The whole time this guy had an attitude and was being rude .
As long as I know when he's off so I can go when He's not there .

barista taking my order through drive-thru wouldn’t let me finish customizing my drinks before she would interrupt and ask “anything else”
Felt very cold shoulder and rushed. My experiences are usually warm and respectfully friendly. The tone in voice makes all the difference. But it’s starbies so I’ll still be back 😂

I haven't tried the food but as for the drinks, they are good. I have been getting drinks from them everyday and loving it. Will keep on going to Starbucks.

5 Stars to the trainers. I went thru the drive thru and the lady taking my order listen to all my mods, because im a typical Starbucks veteran and has to mod the drink every time, repeated the order back to me and greeted me at the window with a smile. Only when the manager informed me she was new did i know! Once again showing me reasons why i pass 2 other Starbucks that are closer to me for my coffee fix! Well done Staff! Well Done!

When I arrived for my morning coffee this morning I was met with an annoyed sigh and an ugly look from the man behind the counter. He was unprofessional, short, and rude. Though whenever his manager walked in he decides to be “Mr. Friendly”. I wasn’t having it at that point. Definitely not the way to start ones morning.

I love going to this one it’s closest to me and they are great people with great service but every time I order over Uber eats they never do my coffee right they make you pay extra for Carmel drizzle right well I love that on my coffee so I put the extra for it and they never give it to me like why make me pay extra if you don’t even put it in my coffee but other than that they are great
