FANTASTIC food and even BETTER service!!!!
My family of 4 recently moved to Waco and tried Rosati's.
Never have I felt that my family was so "taken care of" during our entire dining experience.
To start; The manager brought slices of pears & Nutella, as a small snack, for our 3 year old, for FREE! Once our entrées came, they looked delicious & tasted even better. Huge Portions!!
Overall: Our experience was a refreshing reminder of what one hopes to receive every time at a restaurant.
Great thin crust. Service was fast. Not much more you could ask for in a pizza joint. I will recommend this to anyone in Waco. Also a full service bar😜
No doubt about it, Waco's best!. We got a thin crust veggie pizza, didn't even get deep dish, and it was AMAZING!! I don't think we will ever order or eat at another pizza place in Waco if it isn't Rosati's. I know the owner personally through my dad working with him at M&M Mars and he is such a nice guy and really has put a lot of work into Rosati's - bringing Chicago to Waco! And trust me, this pizza is Chicago style! GO!

By far the ultimate pizza. This is now my favorite pizza ever. Not only that but tje service was excellent. Will tell all my friends about this place.

If you want pizza in Waco, Rosati's is the only place to go. The service is great and attentive as well- I never once had to ask my server for a refill on my drink, and she was totally knowledgeable about the menu. I ordered a Chicago style pizza (the "Monster" they call it- yeah, there was nearly EVERYTHING I could think of on this pizza; I looked for the kitchen sink, but luckily didn't find it.) Since the pizza was apparently going to take 45 minutes, I ordered a beer and a Chicago hot dog, just wanting to try it. That hot dog was one the most fantastic things I've ever eaten. Completely unexpected. And my server brought it to me in less than ten minutes after I ordered it. It was so good, I ordered another one. I probably would have just kept eating them if my pizza hadn't arrived. Did I say pizza? I meant an amazing deep dish pie filled with nearly every meat and veggie topping options on the menu. The chunky Chicago style tomato sauce on top blew my mind. I ordered a medium but could only finish two slices, so my server quickly boxed up the rest for me to take home. Great experience. I plan to go back for lunch because I hear they have lunch specials, and I don't think I'll be happy unless I get at least one Chicago hot dog a week. Probably more. Thanks, Rosati's! Waco doesn't seem so much like a culinary waste-land now.
If you want Chicago deep dish pizza in Waco, where can you go?. A neighbor ate at Rosati's in Florida and found out the only Texas location was in Waco. We were visiting family near Waco and decided to try it. It was fantastic. The deep dish pizza was wonderful. Did I mention this was WACO???? The thin crust was good, too. I thought the prices were reasonable, and the atmosphere was nice. The service was ok. I was surprised when out waitress had worked there for 5 months and only tried the deep dish a few weeks ago. Shouldn't the manager feed everything to the people who may be suggesting menu items to you?
The Best PERIOD!. Home sweet home!! Yes I am a Chicago transplant and proud of it. I grew up several blocks away from one back in the Windy City and I must say that the Hewitt Local is DYNOMITE! Great pizza, hotdogs, and beef sandwiches are some of the things that make this world tick. If anyone is looking for true Chicago food, style and attitude this is it. Pure and simple, they even have Da Coaches wine!!!
If you want to dine units especially great to rat pizza and watch a game. Cold cold beer. Pizza is always great. Better than every other pizza place in Waco. Friendly people. We order from home and get it delivered sometimes but mostly go there because it's a fun place to go eat pizza.
Yummo!!. Chicago style monster pizza....the BEST!!! I pick this up after work and it takes all my energy not to eat it on the way home!!!
Some of the best pizza in town. The Chicago-style is amazing. It tastes very fresh just make sure you order right when you get there. They also have yummy wings and other appetizers. However, they are located right next to a nail salon so the smell of acetone and nail polish usually seeps through. It's very nauseating and overwhelming. If you order anything beside pizza, the waiters tend to forget your order so if it's taking longer, best to remind them.
Good pizza!. I split a thin crust pizza with a friend and we polished it off!
Pros: Pizza made fresh when you get there, good happy hour deals, lots of options for non-pizza fans (even burgers and hot dogs!)
Cons: out of the way if you live in Waco, you can't order pizza by the slice at dinner (only lunch), and it's located next to a nail salon in a strip center, so the first smell that hits you when you walk in is acetone, not garlic bread.
Can't wait to stop in for happy hour sometime!
Great pizza and it's cheap 2 big slices and a drink for under 5 bucks.

Amazing. The pizza crust has a awesome last to it and the sauce actually comes from Chicago. This is the only place that has REAL Chicago pizzas. Everything is so fresh and good. Their Eggplant Parmigiana is very good too. The Italian Beef Classico sandwich is the best sandwich in my opinion. And the only place to get a true Chicago meal...
First time eating here. First time having rosatis.Chris was our waitress and was very kind and helpful. Top notch service. The food was great. Came in for lunch and even ordered a pizza to go for dinner tonight . The only bad thing is that we have to drive almost an hour to eat at rosatis pizza. Definitely have to look at a franchise opportunity in my area.
This is a great pizza place. They have other different food itms in their menu. The wait for food can be a little long but that's ok because means freshly cooked food. There's a guy called Chris, he is the best host/server and is always helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere, quality food and customer service.
We went to Rosati‘s for years and absolutely think it’s the best pizza around. I’m hoping someone in the know will see this and let us know if there are any plans of reopening in the area again.
Out of towner! I was craving pizza and didn't want the usual suspects. I grabbed my phone and searched for local places. Low and behold, I came across one of my favorite pizza places. The thin crust gets me every time and the Alfredo sauce 😋😋. My in-laws are definitely enjoying this and I'm sure they'll be making a trip back to this location.
Service was Great, restaurant was clean love the decorations. Food wise well we had Pizza and Italian beef. What can I say..Loved it. Made us feel as if we were in Chicago. Will come back.
Great food, even better with a buy one get one coupon. I had a monster on Double Dough and my wife had a White pizza. Both were good.
