I stopped tonight and got one of the new Steak Burger Sandwiches. It was the WORST sandwich I’ve ever had. For being cooked medium well the outside was burnt and the meat was dry. The processed cheese slice didn’t even melt. The bun was hard like it was half stale. It had one small piece of tom

The meats are fresh but the bread is different consistency at times. I like my bread soft, it's a personal preference. My husband likes Arby's it's his favorite. Btw the bread has always been fresh whenever I ordered here.

The worth place ever! Stoped to get a sandwich and took a nap on the parking lot and they called a police on me.

Usually has good service with this place but lately and especially tonight it was very disappointing. The service was exceptionally bad with rude employees and food that was cold as soon as I received it.

I wouldn't eat here again even if they paid me! We got raw chicken nuggets from here.People work hard from thier money and when we can afford fast food ,we don't want disgusting food.

Still drive thru only. The order was wrong but it is too big of a hassle to go thru the drive thru again to fix it so ...

My Mom and were driving through and stopped here for something to eat. We went through the drive thru and ordered a combo, another sandwich and cheese sticks, then we found a shade in the parking lot and ate. The food was good and fresh and the cold Coke was so delicious. Will definitely stop again
