Hot Fries

Had it delivered.. smelled funny and looked weird. Fries were soggy like they were microwaved, meat was flavorless just bleh. They didn't have 2/3 of the things I ordered in stock. My dad ate all of his hot dog and feels Ill now.. I didn't go beyond 2 bites. Costco hotdogs are 900x better and 1/3rd the cost

I do love the fries! Unfortunately, I took my daughter to redeem her free kid combo that she got with her student of the month award. We went to the Visalia Mall location on Saturday 2/1/2020 and was told that they no longer take them. On Sunday 2/2/2020, my neighbor took her son and Hot Fries redeemed his. If Hot Fries is not going to honor them, why give them out to schools. My daughter never had them, so I spent $6 on regular fries so she could try them

This place does not even deserve one star. All food vendors are so friendly in the Visalia mall except for this place I've gone a few times and almost every time I've received soggy food or something simple as fries that were half cooked with no seasoning. I went today the cashier was busy talking to a friend while I waited patiently in line it wasn't until I made eye contact with her did she take my order and gave horrible service even attitude like I interrupted her. Would not recommend even for cheap food this place is a rip off. How they are still in business is shocking.

My son and a neighbor child got student of the month and received a coupon for a kid meal at this place. When she took her daughter they were rude and denied the child's reward coupon. When i took my son they did accept the coupon but the kids meal was disgusting. Never will i go to this place again and i will let everyone i know not to go there.
