Only had 2 staff working, had to seat out party of 9 at 2 neighboring tables. Salad bar was minimal, ran out of some items and had to ask staff to restock.

Slow service, had to repeat my order three times for them to get a three topping pizza right. The lettuce on the salad bar was very brown. My pizza was not sliced evenly. My pizza did taste good.

Our orders, which are large as we are feeding a crew of tradesmen, are always done on time, correctly, and hot. Very very nice employees who are working hard in a very tough time. We are very thankful for them.

The online ordering timeline said it would be ready in 15 minutes. When we arrived 10 minutes later, we still had to wait 15 more minutes. You need to make your pickup time more realistic. The crust was a little overdone. However, the pizza was hot and fresh.

I have been ordering pizza for years Nick was a awesome manager if any issues were had with order Nick had moved on to a new venture and now it appears to be falling apart they can never find my house and call well after delivery time and appears now I won’t be getting any more deliveries to my home because miraculously I’m now outside the delivery area good luck with the new manager Sam he was no help and blames on his manager Billy Fransway

To start, it would be great to get everything that I ordered. The food was pretty good, but they missed a double order of breadsticks. But, I guess, it's only money.

The poor assistant manager has been having to work the entire kitchen and by herself due to no other staffing. Not even a general manager. She was amazing and had everything ready for my pick up on time and was very friendly.

It was so easy to order online. I could order it at my convenience snd not have to wait for the restaurant to open. The pick up was easy. The pizza was amazing and I got extra garlic sauce. The man at the window was very nice.
