It was on the opposite side of town but worth the walk . Seating inside was small & busy so we sat outside - picnic tables were set up. Greeted by our sever - who was wearing a cameo (red) onesie (should have taken a picture)...She took our drink & breakfast order. Drinks & food arrived timely. Super impressed with glassware & drinks were tasty. Steak Eggs Benedict was yummy, well priced and a great choice. The normal Eggs Benedict (bacon) was also tasty. We will be heading back to Virginia City with family & friends & will definitely be stopping by

Definitely a health code violation. tl;dr Service was poor, long wait, incorrect order, undercooked food and bad ingredients. Don't believe the high rating. Reviews on here are likely from people in the town with low expectations since there is little to no reception in town for people to write a review while they are mad. I would give this place a zero or lower if possible. The waitress was new and had some issues, but the other waitress was really coming down on her, which didn't help. My family ordered hot chocolate, coffee, water and omelettes. We promptly we delivered a glass of ice that was never filled. After almost half an hour in the cold we got our coffee and chocolate. The hot chocolate was excellent but the coffee was sub-par. Another few minutes and we received our omelettes. Two of which were completely raw in the middle and looked more like scrambled eggs. We also received the incorrect sides. Another 10 minutes and we got new omelettes and correct sides. This time they were completely over done and had the wrong fillings. After trying a bite we determined something was wrong. It tasted bland and like something had spoiled. After letting the waitress know (the experienced one) she started bargaining with us on how much we should pay for the food that we refused to eat. After paying she made a remark about the new waitress again and we said the issue was mainly with the cook. She said he is Scottish and cooks things less than Americans do. I've never had such a terrible experience at a diner.
