For a Bell the food was good. The service was fast and polite, place looked clean. Got soft taco supreme, bean burrito, and a cheesy beef burrito. All were tasty. They did not ask me if I wanted sauce but that's the only complaint. It was around 9pm.

Tasha is outstanding at the window!! So friendly, cheerful, and helpful, which is refreshing for a TB. 🎉 (Most TBs in this area have moody or disgruntled cashiers working their windows.)
Food was good. I ordered a quesadilla and 2 tacos. Think the food assembly person forgot lettuce and tomatoes don’t go on quesadillas. Haha! Boy did they drown it in sauce too.

Taci Bell at Kempsriver Crossing on Wednesday, November 29th: I ordered my lunch at the self-service kiosk at 11:40 a.m., and I was the only person in the store waiting on an order. Another person came in and placed their order. Their order was called, and I still had not received mine. I went to the counter, and one of the 4 people who were working asked me what I needed. I told them that I was still waiting on my order. I told them the time my order was placed and she had to search for my order. She found it and said, "Oh, I see it." NOT ONE WORD OF APOLOGY or anything. When my order was ready, they handed it to me and still didn't apologize or anything. I waited over 15 minutes for a $5 combo meal. I was extremely unhappy with the service.
There is plenty of free and handicap parking. The store was clean, there weren't any dirty tables.
I'm not sure if I will go back to this location.

I like this location. The team works well even under pressure and they were all nice with each other. You can tell there’s a healthy work environment

This taco Bell was worth setting a review for, they don't have much being a fast food place but it was pretty good and they were really nice

This is the first review of any restaurant I've ever posted because it was a surprisingly great experience. The lady working the drive thru was incredibly kind, and I got my food very quickly. And when I started eating, it was very fresh. Typically at Taco Bell's my food is usually not super fresh, like maybe it took a bit for them to get it to me. But at this one, it was really fresh. Best experience I've had at any Taco Bell.

Can you guys give Jersey Mike's some lessons on how to prepare and serve fresh lettuce and tomatoes? My tacos may not have been the prettiest but the toppings were like they just came out of the garden. It's the little things in life....Thank you!

I love this location! Everytime I go there I am greeted with a smile and my order has always been correct. I will drive here anytime I want Taco Bell rather than the closer locations, it’s just worth my time. The staff is AMAZING. I’m not sure of their specific names but I’ve never had a bad experience here! I came here the other day and there were only two ladies working, and they did amazing! While morale was low, they managed to stay so kind and I hope they know how appreciated they are!!

Went through drive-thru about 6pm on Wednesday- I believe it was Adriana who took my order was very welcoming and thorough. The food was made fresh. It was a hot day and the cups of water we received were a size larger which is greatly appreciated.
