Man Must Eat Restaurant - Virginia Beach - Photo album

I would recommend it to anyone. The oyster fry appetizer is exquisite! The crab soup is rich, and its flavor makes you want to keep savoring it. Both the pasta and salad have truly refined tastes, making it a restaurant you'd want to revisit. It's a must-go place for everyone. Personally, it's the b
I'm so glad we don't live closer bc I would eat there weekly! The fresh mozz bruschetta was so delicious. Just enough of everything (cheese, tomatoes, balsamic...perfecto!) Crab soup...let's just say they keep winning awards for a reason! My teens cleaned their plates of cheese ravioli and chicken p
First time here. The BEST Italian food you’ll ever eat. Had the tortellini mannino( OMG!!) husband had the lasagna. Will not disappoint!! We sat at the bar and glad we did, Jimmy was the best! Great atmosphere too! Definitely going back!
the atmosphere is great. Very relaxing. The food is very tasty and the bartender was very attentive and conversive. Overall it was a good experience and I would return.
The food met every expectation for an Italian restaurant. I reserved seating on Tabletop app. I had my very 1st cup of crab soup. It's a specialty of the restaurant. The service was great from the introduction to speciality dishes and services. The setting was casual and quiet. I love trying places
Highly recommend!! I wish I wasn’t on any dietary restrictions cuz I would have eaten and drunken more than what I did. I wish I could have tried their crab soup the waiter spoke so highly of or the fried oyster dish my husband got (one of the pictures I posted) along with many of the other dishes.
This review is a long time coming. I've been dining here for years and I've never had bad service or a meal yet. My wife and I normally sit at the bar and often times will be served by James. James is a perfect bartender/server. Friendly, knowledgable, and knows when to chime in and when to leave yo
Terrific service by Diane (1st visit) and excellent food. The she-crab soup was the best in the area BY FAR (and I've had some great ones). I completely enjoyed the Chef's Specialty Tortollini Mannino's and tasty red sangria. Had to return to share the amazing soup a second time. Ace (2nd visit) ma
Had to wait at the bar a bit for a table, but the bartender was wonderful. The appetizer was amazing. Best spaghetti I have ever had! Our waiter was great as well!
Let me start saying “the food was delicious”. Don’t forget you call for a reservation, we didn’t and we had to wait 45 minutes, but the wait was worth it. If you don’t eat much, each entrée should be enough for two, specially if you order any appetizers. We ordered fried calamari and it was big. The
The best handmade pasta in Hampton Roads and believe me I've just about had them all. Absolute divine she crab soup and a top notch wine list. Great upscale date night dinner or even better for entertaining friends and clients. If traveling from up north, I challenge you to compare !!!
Cole provided excellent service! The serving sizes were ENORMOUS! Everything was delicious and our party really enjoyed celebrating a birthday there. The only area of opportunity is to place a changing table in the men's room.
This is our favorite restaurant to go to. The atmosphere is calming and the food is out of this world. I like that everything is made there. Their selection of wine is superb as well. I definitely recommend, and make sure to make a reservation - it can get booked quickly.
Back once more. we go here often just for the outstanding she crab soup, don't review each visit, but last night chris and i decided to try a few different items.........here you go: we had a new server this visit- Elijah and he was outstanding. 6pm reservation and place was not overly busy, but
The best She Crab soup in Virginia! To be honest all of Manninos food is amazing. The French onion soup, caprese salad, calamari, chicken parm, Oysters, clams, and all of the specials that change daily. Make sure to either be there right at open (5pm) or make a reservation.
I was dining here to celebrate the life of a family friend. It was a family event not open to the public. This is a nice, neighborhood Italian restaurant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Welcomed us with warm smiles. I had coffee, house salad, lasagna, and a cannoli. Salad was fre
