I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the majority of food here. I got the pulled pork, burnt ends, and brisket. I also got macaroni and cheese and mashed potatoes for sides.

We were bummed when Jake's closed last year so we were looking for a new BBQ place when we come down on vacation, Whitner's hit the spot. Everything was excellent, the food came out super quick, my group had a large plate of the pulled chicken, a pulled pork sandwich, and a red hot sausage sandwich.
This place is insanely good. We found it with a Groupon and now we always bring our out of town guests here. Good BBQ! We had the Wet Spare Ribs and Pulled Chicken, with Potatoe Salad and Mac'n Cheese. I enjoyed it very much, everything was nice, soft and moist, good quality meat, my wife thought the vinegar taste of the meat was a bit strong but I didn't, the staff was very helpful and friendly also
