The dining room was closed in the middle of the day and the drive through was kinda slow. We ordered two sandwiches and both were wrong. We had to get back in line to get them replaced, but they did so without too much trouble. Once that happened, we were able to enjoy our lunch in our car in the parking lot.

The food, for the most part, was good. Finally got my pumpkin spice frosty. It was pretty good. My daughter ordered an oatmeal bar which was obviously overdone and should not have been sold. They gave her a cookie to make up for it. They almost tried to give her the overdone chocolate chip ones. I understand things happen and items are sometimes overcooked, but do the right thing and bake another batch instead of giving custers a hard overdone product.

Even though the loud speaker was very low and the cashier spoke very low, we still managed to get a perfect order! We thought for sure there would be an error, but there was none. It’s just a pain not being able to hear your order repeated back to you!

I went through the Drive Thru around 11:30 pm and I waited over 20 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of me. Not sure what the problems were.

Been coming here for a while tho this was the first time since 2020 that the dining room finally reopened. Meal great as usual. Didnt put sauce in the bag but other than that there r no complaints. The old manager is back here.

Just got my wife and I an order of 50pc Spicy Nuggets! For $11!!! Plus got a whole baggy of Condiments! Can't go wrong with that Wendy's Side of Awesome Sauce! It's all A1 here at Wendy's!🙋🏾♂️🤪

Slow service, however we thought because of the dining room closure, there weren't enough employees. Missed a straw and spoon from my order. The window person was very pleasant. The fries were a bit lumpy, the cheeseburger was good as was the frosty.

I am extremely angry with wendys employees tonight. Apparently, just ordering food is an inconvenience for the drive through. But I love Wendys food, eat here all the time despite the treatment. So tonight as always I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal, when I got home what I had was very microwaved chicken sandwich with ketchup. No lettuce mayo or tomato. It’s pretty disgusting looking. I hate even writing this but of course now the store is closed, I’m still so hungry with nothing to eat. I want my $$ back!!!! �

Just came from there about 5 minutes ago something is wrong with the sweet tea it was so nasty. Cold fries and chicken was not spicy at all never going back again. And i have always like Wendy's not anymore!!��

Ate here with my grandpa and mother yesterday for lunch had to hold the door for my mom cause it wouldn't shut the she told the person working there and she was like you have to slam it shut to lock it but in a rude way then we order our food she ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger without mustard and mayo the lady told her it doesn't come with mustard so my mom got her food they put mustard on it so my mom went up to the counter and politely told them that there wasn't supposed to be mustard on it so they made her a new one she opened it and they gave her a double stack as we are eating our food I overheard them talking about my mom so I told her look this place is empty for a reason never have I ever seen or heard anything like that in any restaurant or fast food place I've ever been to never will I ever go there again

I ordered dinner for the family. When I got home, we found out not all of our food was in the bags. When I called the restaurant, the man I spoke to was rude. He told me to return right then to get my food, and I needed to prove what was missing (not sure how to do that). It was late and we live over 10 min away. When I asked his name, and asked to speak to a manager, he hung up on me.

A ginormous THANK YOU to Wendy's on First Colonial. I left my wallet on the counter, they found me on Facebook to let me know. Good to know there are still honest strangers going the extra mile to help others.
And my meal was awesome too.
