Don't ever go to this 711 for gas.
The machine runs your card and takes all of the money in your account, they are running scams. No other location does this. Tried to resolve the issue inside and every employee was either very rude and nasty or didn't know anything at all to try and resolve the issue. Worst 7/11 in Virginia Beach for sure

Workers are great, but this store is ALWAYS out of stock on the 3-5 things I purchase most often. I try to avoid this store for that. Today, no lotto because there is no lotto paper. Couple weeks ago, no ice from the soda machine. Last week, no 2 liters of diet pepsi AND for the. last 2 weeks, no monster javas. This is a sad excuse for a 7-11.

Employees almost never wear masks. This store is not a corporate store. Franchise owner's can run the store however they want. Corporate has no control over how franchises are run, what they pay, or how they treat employees. Corporate only cares about the 7eleven name and products. They don't care who they sell the franchise to, as long as they have the $$$$ required to open.

Dirty and fast food looks like it's been on the grill for days.
Second day into the state requiring a mask and not a single person wearing one, including all the staff.
Bad time to be walking into a petri dish.
This place continues to amaze me. Cashiers that can't give back correct change. All to busy with their conversations with each other to help customers. How on earth does this place stay in business?

Every time I get food from this store, the food on the shelf is expired! It’s been multiple times and I’ve been meaning to call and write a review. I work at a gas station and we are constantly taking expired food off the shelf. The food I get from this 7-Eleven will be months old, I’m not understanding how that keeps happening! I’m also pregnant so for me to keep eating expired food is a risk to myself and my baby! I will be contacting corporate. Employees need to do better at getting expired food off the shelf! It’s ridiculous!
