Food was okay. My order wasn't ready so they had me pull around and were out with it before any other cars went through so kind of silly. The value has really gone down. Haven't tried lately but last time I tried "my way" they wanted to upcharge $.30 for a few pickle slices... If it weren't for the app discount I probably wouldn't go anymore.

Great customer service. I purchase from this Burger King every once in a while, but I’ll be changing that. This restaurant is in a location with multiple options but none compare to the awesome crew at this location.
I walked in, was greeted immediately, two different employees said hello and tried to help me while I was deciding my meal, I ordered and had a nice interaction, waited less than 4 minutes and my order was correctly packed and even had napkins.
This is the service all restaurants need to provide, and I will be back to this location for that great value provided.

Came here and few days ago and was so pleased with the experience! The staff was so nice and friendly and the food came out so fast and was hot! Never experienced this at a BK before and was pleasantly surprised. Will come back

Do NOT come here at night, my reasoning for that is because they either give you a pre-made cold order OR find the quickest way to get you your food. The quickest way to get you your food sounds like a good thing but in this case, IT'S NOT SO MUCH. If you order at night, there's a 70% chance you will be missing something. I am not going to say that I hate the place but I just wanted to inform about why you shouldn't come here at night. Now if you're really hungry you do you, the foods good but chances you get cold food or an unfinished order because they just wanna wrap it up and go the heck home. Now I'm not saying this to absolutely trash them because I understand they've worked hard but fair warning.

Eric is INCREDIABLE, tonight we swung in for a late dinner and he made the experience excellent! We ordered an item that he wanted to have remade to ensure freshness. This is not something that happens much anymore, most places just serve you the old food without remorse. Thank you for revitalizing my faith in customer service. Oh! he's quite funny as well. He made this a fun stop all around.

The ladies that were running the store by themselves, there was only two, were taking orders, running drive thru, and cooking food. And they were very prompt, the food was excellent, the service was unbelievable. They worked harder then most people I've seen with a whole crew. And got the orders right the first time. Give them a raise!

We stopped here after visiting the aquarium with my grandson. The service was great and the food was hot and fresh. But the best thing was just as I was getting ready to pay the manager noticed the was an extra meal on our order and came over and helped the young lady remove it. I told her thank you for noticing sincevI didn't. It was really nice to know that the manager was paying attention to everything going on.
