This is the second time I've been back to this location since the Manger been working there. And it seems like he cleaned house which is good because the store was fifty. It seem like it was so many people working but not doing anything. Now I give it 5 stars my toasted subs are delicious, not burnt and everyone seem professional.

The customer service is great. The staff is attentive and diligent. The interior is a bit shabby but all surfaces are always clean and everytime I come it there is always someone disinfecting something which is very comforting to know. There is some one named charity that works there and she is incredible incredibly capable. Ever sure she makes is mouth watering I highly recommend the Philly chicken. Great for lunch

Enjoyed the ham and cheese cheese with toppings especially the hot red pepper relish. It was so hot and sliced just right. The juice slide on my tongue and mixed very well with the onions, cheese, and meet when they were all chewed together. The first day I went to zeros I got a grinder with mayonnaise tomatoes and sweet peppers. It was delicious! That's where the five star come in. But the second day I went back for a tuna and I asked for extra mail tomatoes and cheese they messed up and gave me some lettuce and onions which I do not like so that one would get a four star. For not listening as I did repeat the order. I don't live in Virginia were zeros was. I live in North Carolina and there is no zeros here.

OK so there was a misunderstanding on mushrooms versus mustard. I brought it to their attention. NOT ONLY were they willing to remake it but insisted I take a complimentary drink and chips. Awesome customer service and great attitude from the staff.

We moved away from my favorite Birchwood zeros to find one just as great, if not better! Qeirea, Deontae, Deorvon, and Charity are amazing people and go above and beyond every single time! They satisfy 100% and for that, thank you!

They have some of the best subs around. One large sub can last me for two meals. The subs are always loaded which I love. The messier the better. Customer sevice is fabulous. They seem to always be packed, but i never wait long for my food. The food is always good. No complaints here.
