Hands down the best Chanello's in town and some of the best delivery pizza in the area. Placed a $100+ online order today that was especially complicated in terms of crusts, toppings and styles of cuts and it was delivered perfectly. Driver was also prompt and friendly despite severe weather and flooding. Many guests remarked at the quality of the pizza, especially the chewiness of the crust and amount of toppings. Overall just an outstanding pizza-buying experience.

Hands Down- Best Customer Service I've experienced at a Chanello's Virginia Beach location. And-I've been to several! The food was great & were generously helpful with sauces or special requests- whereas the other locations (mainly oceanfront area) make you feel like you're asking for a finger or just "forget". This is how a business in food/delivery is supposed to run. Keep it up guys! I have a feeling I'll keep having better experiences now that I moved away from the oceanfront area✌🏻

Ordered a pizza, messed up my own address, but they delivered my pizza, which was awesome, and then about 15 minutes later they sent a guy to deliver a new, hot pizza, which I was totally, pleasantly surprised by! I felt so bad for giving the wrong address, and then they sent me a hot pizza after all. Great customer service, the second guy who came to deliver the new pizza was awesome, thanks dude :)

It's always a positive experience but please go back to the old ranch dip. The ranch dip I got with my cheese sticks this time was different and not as good. I'm not sure what happened but definitely not as tasty. Not to be confused with the Chanellos dip, that's always consistent.

I don't have a Chanello's too close to where I live, so I don't normally call to order it, instead I try to plan getting it when I'm on the road and will be near one anyways.
My experience at this location was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was exactly what I ordered, it all tasted great and the service was quick.

We called after midnight. Our store informed us they had no driver. And bc of this we were offered a discount to keep our business. Morgan was friendly, personable and very helpful.
I've never reviewed Chanellos before but even though I have to pick up I'm very happy with the customer service.

Enjoy a good thing crust cheese pizza from time to time. Only Chanello's makes a good basic cheese pizza! Only drawback is when you call in an order, they tell you how long it will be. You get there at said time or a few minutes later...and it's still not ready!

This Chanello's location does the Chicken Florentine pizza the best. I can't even describe how. It's just so much better than the other locations! The garlic knots are the bomb dot com, too!
