Inside Cashier was curtious. Even the management team was helpful. Drive 🚗 thru cashier has a hard tyme hearing orders when ✈️ are crossing by, not sure how to resolve that, but she was patient and asked me to pull around to hear the order clearly. My sandwich 🥪 was yummy. I could have used lil more lettuce. Definitely enjoyed blue Slushie. 💙

This is my go to location. I typically order through the app and pick up going through the drive thru. My only suggestion is to have people with some hospitality experience. I don't know how many times I say hello or thank you and get nothing back. Sometimes it's just a person handing me food and not saying anything.

Without a doubt during the summer season this McDonald's being located just off of the exit of 64 and 264 in Virginia Beach and on birdneck road is one of the busiest We've encountered in sometime. Stopped by this morning at around 9:45 to grab a quick breakfast before heading out on our daily trek. the drive-through was wrapped around the building and the inside was as equally busy. But guess what, the overworked and underpaid staff we're doing a great job. Even as busy as this place was, the inside seemed clean enough and the staff were friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could to various customers complaining that they didn't get their order correct. One thing we have to remember McDonald's is not what it used to be, at 1 point in time it was basically just for teenagers to work at while going to school or maybe a part time job for someone. But now it seems that you see more and more full timers from the labor market. I applaud the people that work in fast food especially at a place as busy as McDonald's, Of course I think prices should be increased slightly so they can afford to pay their workers A better wage especially in an environment as tough as a McDonald's is

I went through the drive-through for 2 large fries. They are always good. Keep it up. I never wait to long in this locations drive-through. Been coming to this location for over 25 years.

There’s a lot of bad reviews for this Birdneck Road McDonald’s. I’m here to add a positive one. My experience was great! The Big Mac was great! I liked the Grimace stuff they gave me. Fries were hot and very fresh. Service..bar none. The guy taking my order was extremely friendly and told me to come back soon..A manager told me about some things McDonald’s is coming up with and testing. The manager was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever encountered in my life. I really enjoyed my visit to this Virginia Beach McDonald’s!

A quick stop to grab something to eat. Easy to find using our navigation system and swift drive thru. We ordered 2 McDoubles with Mac sauce, and the Mac sauce was left off of one. We notified the person at the window who notified whoever prepped our food. We had to pull over to wait a few seconds but was rewarded by getting what we wanted the way we wanted it. Nice and hot and delicious 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

The manager Ms. Tay graciously hosted our large school group for an early morning breakfast, even inviting us back the next day for our convenience. The dining room wasn’t even open but they accommodated us so we could sit in a warm area and enjoy our food. They even called more employees to prepare our food promptly. Never have I seen an institution and group of people act so kindly toward us and go out of their way to improve our stay.

I don't always stop here but when I do they are always on point. The meals are accurately ordered and fulfilled. Ommunication is key and they do a very great job at it, keeping the line short and the work efficient! I normally don't get fast food but when I do I go here!!
