First time here! My usual place is closed on tuesdays so I decided to try this place! I would NEVER look inside and stop here based on looks alone. I also waited over 45 minute after the given wait time sitting in there which made it worse sitting there looking around😂. THE FOOD WAS WORTH IT. Oh my
This takeaway gem, like many restaurants, is operating with a minimal staff. Nevertheless the work product is excellent and consistent, whether pouring down rain or dry, weeknight or weekend. Orders are ready usually at least 2-3 minutes earlier than the promised time. Clearly this crew is great at
Great food but you can hear the animals in the ceiling .
This is the only Chinese food place I could get my daughter to eat at. They make everything exactly the way I ask them too and they don't give me a hard time. The food is always good ! But the customer service is also very good.
I gave it a 4 star only because I ordered the sweet and sour chicken and the chicken had to be as small and round like the size of a nickel. I never seen such small chicken pieces. Got the lunch special: Sesame Chicken and Fried Rice. They made it fresh. It was delicious.
The lady who took my order was easy to understand and was kind.

We have been ordering from Tops for years and have never been disappointed. I mean, c'mon now people, it's not fine dining. It's Chinese take out so you're not going to get a gourmet experience. But the food is always fresh with generous portions.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Tops China!!!! We have never been disappointed in their food!!! The chicken teriyaki is amazing, the egg rolls are incredible and everything else is amazing as well!!!!!! It is our go to for Chinese takeout!!!!
Been getting takeout here for over 5 years. Recommendations are Gen Tso Chicken, Orange Chicken, Shrimp and Broccoli, Chicken and Vegetables, and their fried wings. 15 minute wait. Large Portions. Food tastes really good compared to other Chinese places. Never had a problem here. A+
Ordered online yesterday and I wanted the noodles so I ordered the Chow Mein. It turned out to be just vegetables and the noodles is called Lo Mein. I told them that I wanted noodles and they gave me the noodles (Lo Mein) and let me keep the Chow Mein. They were nice and I would definitely come agai
Top's is the best Chinese delivery restaurant for my neighborhood (College Park, VB), but they pre-prepare all their sauces with sugar, so the entrees are far too sweet for me.
