12/19/23 - I love boba tea. I stopped here after eating next door. This was my second time being there. They just added new Orleans beignets and they were soo good. They were out of matcha so I couldn't get what I actually wanted but I got the jasmine green milk tea and it was good and refreshing. Staff was super nice and friendly, even had suggestions since they didn't matcha. I will definitely be back!

I just happened to stumble upon Boba Chef. I had a taste for tea and there they were. The restaurant was clean and has a nice arrangement. It appeared to be family owned and operated, but I can't say for sure.
I had the Passion Fruit Jasmine tea with Peach Bobba. I like that you can customize your drink. The Bobba's are .50 to add. The tea was quite tasty and just what I needed. Fortunately for me, it was sweet but not too sweet. I forgot to tell them not to add sugar. I don't think it automatically comes with added sugar like some other places. The sweetness seemed to be from the Passion Fruit juice.
The next time I'm in the area, I will try one of the milk teas. The cashier said the black milk tea and the Taro milk teas are their most popular.

The owner is so pleasant and accommodating. He took the time to answer my questions and he genuinely wanted to assist me in selecting a flavor/options that would be delicious. I am so delighted that they have Green Tea in a wide variety of flavor options! 😄 Not to mention the availability of Plant Based Milk! 🙌🏽 He has natural/organic ingredients. It was clear that the owner cares about the time he has invested in his business and craft. Glad to have taken the short trek to this establishment.

The BEST boba tea I've had. The family that owns the establishment are extremely nice and helpful. Their black milk tea, and winter melon black milk tea slush is my go-to.

My sister and I have had boba all over Hampton roads and this place is a new favorite!! It’s not overly sweet, in a good way! The milk tea actually tastes like tea and not artificial, plus they use lactose free milk which is great! Highly recommended!!

This is the best boba place ever!!!
They have the best flavors, only fresh high quality ingredients. My husband and I have been to many boba places between NYC and Virginia and I think this one is just the best. I love that this place is a local, family run store. All of the employees here are so nice, friendly, and accommodating. I also think its cute when the kids are all there too.
Everything they make and sell is delicious. We’re long time loyal customers, and every time they add something new we are excited to try.
My favorite boba flavors are Avocado, ube, strawberry, matcha, regular black tea. My husband loves the Thai tea, ube, peach mango, and now the new Banana split. The tiramisus are yummy, they had Ube Flan before which was so amazingly good, and the other day my husband got a soup from here too. Everything from here is awesome.

The best Boba I have had in a while. I love how customizable you can make your drink. I also enjoy that they use lactose free milk so I am able to indulge in this sweet treat and feel good afterward. Friendly staff and great presentation of the beverages. This will be my go to boba spot from now on. I can't wait to go back!

We stopped in here during a weekend visit to VA Beach, the guy behind the counter was so sweet and funny! He was very patient and helpful and even said if we didn’t like our drinks, he would make us something else. No need, we love what we got! Hubby got the winter mint milk tea, and I got the Thai tea with boba! 😋
