12/19/23 - I love boba tea. I stopped here after eating next door. This was my second time being there. They just added new Orleans beignets and they were soo good. They were out of matcha so I couldn't get what I actually wanted but I got the jasmine green milk tea and it was good and refreshing. S
I just happened to stumble upon Boba Chef. I had a taste for tea and there they were. The restaurant was clean and has a nice arrangement. It appeared to be family owned and operated, but I can't say for sure.

The owner is so pleasant and accommodating. He took the time to answer my questions and he genuinely wanted to assist me in selecting a flavor/options that would be delicious. I am so delighted that they have Green Tea in a wide variety of flavor options! 😄 Not to mention the availability of Plant B
The BEST boba tea I've had. The family that owns the establishment are extremely nice and helpful. Their black milk tea, and winter melon black milk tea slush is my go-to.
My sister and I have had boba all over Hampton roads and this place is a new favorite!! It’s not overly sweet, in a good way! The milk tea actually tastes like tea and not artificial, plus they use lactose free milk which is great! Highly recommended!!
Extremely good pricing, the lids are adorable, large sizing for the drinks, and the workers were phenomenal.

The best Boba I have had in a while. I love how customizable you can make your drink. I also enjoy that they use lactose free milk so I am able to indulge in this sweet treat and feel good afterward. Friendly staff and great presentation of the beverages. This will be my go to boba spot from now on.
