I got the custard with cake batter flavor and mixed berries. The Custard was creamy and delicious. My husband got the Original (like a traditional ice cream) with Nutella flavor. It was bursting with flavor! What a cool concept and unique dining experience.
Definitely an experience! Loved the flavor of the ice cream and the different options were great to have! Both attendants were polite and explained the whole process, definitely recommend visiting at least once!

It was my family’s first time in and we loved it! The kids loved watching the ice cream be made and it was all delicious! The girl working was very friendly and helpful. They even had hot cocoa bombs which my daughter had been wanting to try. We will definitely be back!
Sub Zero is one of our favorite ice cream places around- it’s always fun bringing family and friends from out of town and watching them experience the ice cream magic first hand. The ice cream is amazing and combination of flavors are endless. Definitely rating Sub Zero a 5 star ⭐️
I took my kids here yesterday and we loved it. The whole overall experience is so fun. There was one girl working behind the counter and she chatted with us while she finished to go orders. Asked if we had any questions and even answered reasonably what her favorite flavor ice cream was.
