One of the best places to eat in VB. Food is freshly prepared and the friendly service by Luka was excellent. Caesar salad was delicious and the burger was cooked well. Plentiful portions. Two people can eat for about $41 and be fully satisfied.

The food is delicious . The price is reasonable that we will never get this price at New York and the taste like this . I have tried Mexican dishes that is better than NY I have ever tried before . The server guys r so welcoming and asked us whatever we meet every 5 minutes. I will try again for sure when I will back to Virginia beach 😍😍😍

We walked right in and had our choice of tables at 11a on a Tuesday. That was good because our initial choice was a window booth with plenty of flies - so many that we moved further into the restaurant. The food was good but you had to wait for it a very long time. Gratutiity is included which I know irks some people so I'll confirm that. The location is ultra convenient - right on the corner across the street from many hotels. Well within walking distance.

My granddaughter had chicken and waffles. She thought it was great. I had scrambled eggs and cheese. Cooked perfect. Bacon and coffee were good also. Not real cheap but portions were large.

This place was delicious, service is a little slow, I’m starting to think that’s a southern thing. The food was hot and delicious. The restaurant does not have A/C so that was miserable but the food was really good.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive, tub he sticks were good the food was good the only thing is the buffet selection is not that big but at least it's good.

My first visit to Pier 23. The place looked great. It's not the most spacious place I've been to but the food made up for it. You can dine in or outside. My group chose outside. We ordered the breakfast buffet and everything was good except for the biscuits. We arrived at about 9am so the biscuits should not have been as hard as they were. Couldn't eat them. They had plenty of fruit and sweets. Our waiter was awesome and helped with any questions we had. The other staff we came into contact with seemed to be very nice and professional. Outside area was nice and clean. With the breakfast buffet and a cup of coffee cost me $17 plus change. A little high for what I'm use to paying but that's expected at the beach. We will definitely be back on our next trip. Forgot to take pics of the inside but here's one of the outside.
