What was not to like!? The staff was great, the food and drinks were so tasty and fresh, and the ambiance was beautiful! Highly recommend this place! I ordered the chicken pho, chicken spring rolls, limeade, and pine/leechy tea! Thumbs up!
Fresh ingredients perfectly prepared in Shrimp Spring Rolls and Round Steak Pho. I dined at the bar. Service was fine but the granite bar top was greasy and the silverware. I asked for plastic ware and disposable chop sticks used for take-out. Price point in my opinion is very reasonable.
I have been to several Pho restaurants in the MD/DC/VA area and this place is by far the BEST Pho I have ever had, the broth was well seasoned and can be drink by itself, they give you a good amount (either small or large) and they are no afraid to put meat in it, I had the one with all the meats on
When you feeling a little sluggish or run down and need a soothing pick me up, stop in and get a bowl of traditional Vietnamese pork Tieu! It's served with either tapioca glass noodles or egg noodles topped with leaf lettuce, scallions, chives, cilantro ,fried shallots, bean sprouts, basil, and jala
Awesome indoor decorations. Pretty authentic food and no MSG in broth…(most of restaurants do and I could tell when they use it). Price was reasonable and seems very busy. The service was slow but it’s because they were short of staff.
The potion size was good. Friendly staff. One of the two Pho Places we frequent in town.
The quality and the decoration of the food was amazing. Everything was awesome. I honestly didn't expect this kind of taste or the food quality. If you like Vietnamese food, this is the place you need to be. You won't regret it!
Best hangover cure! Best service! Nice quiet atmosphere. First time we came to eat an hour before closing (we didn't realize until later) and staff were still just as sweet and welcoming. PS: Get the Thai tea!
Always a solid bowl of PHO here. Consistent, quality, fresh and a friendly staff. The lemongrass chili spice is a must! Spring rolls are great as well to get the noms started.
The guy that serve us was amazing and great energy. The menu is amazing. The food is one of the best meatball and steak pho I had and their fried rice with chicken was just incredible.
I can’t believe the amount of times I’ve been to Trader Joe’s next door and didn’t realize this was here. We stopped in and ordered a few different dishes and each one was great (egg rolls/bahn mi/pho) !! Definitely would go here again.
This is my favorite Pho 79 branch. Although all other branches are as good food wise , this is my to go to place. I always enjoy coming here. Great food and great experience.
Best pho in town. Prices on soups and main dishes is fine, but the prices on appetizers and sodas are outrageous. $4 plus for a soda!
Locals know that if you're in the mood for Vietnamese noodle soup (PHO), you head to PHO 79. There are locations across 757, but this location has a chef that specializes in some great regional dishes, just in case someone in your group isn't in the mood for noodles. The chicken pho is one of the b
