Chasity waited on me. I had Hardee’s breakfast platter Suggested a medium drink. She was friendly and smiled. . I had walked from Kia dealership where their customer service was lacking. I’m in my 70s and I appreciate customer service. I worked in customer service for 49 years. So the moral of this story. People remember Good SERVICE. AND your life can turn around on a dime. Be decent to prople in all walks of life

Didn't enjoy the featured blueberry-lemon pie as much, however, the team member complimented my earrings, plus she was kind and spoke politely. She brought out my food fresh. Much appreciated that!

Nothing better than Angus beef. Pretty good Frisco burger. Hot fresh really big It's a bit pricey for fast food.For me I got a meal and a snack for later.To much food for me to eat at one time.So I guess the price works for me I got almost 2 meals for one price.

The drive thru server/cashier can really keep me from coming here, although I like the food. Today was a different experience. Both employees working the drive thru were very friendly. They were smiling. I couldn't have asked for a better drive thru experience. I've been having a rough couple of days, they were a ray of sunshine 🌞

This Hardee's is great! This place is always very well kept. The service is always fast. The staff is always courteous and attentive. The food I order is always hot and contents in the bag is always correct. The bathrooms are also very clean. The location makes it a little tricky to get in and out of the parking lot.

Food was good. Got my sauce choice wrong, should've checked. Didn't have to wait long to get it. Someone before me was still waiting for their order. They were pulled up. It disappoints me when I see this. They can say it's to keep everyone moving but it often seems more to keep drive thru times down.

If you could give this store a negstive rating it would be a negative ten... drive thru slow as hell... no customer service.... Today i asked for a burger with no cheese.. nust lettuce mayo and pickel.... what did i get a cheeseburger... not only did they remake it twice but they were rude about it.... last time i ever eat at a hardees... then i was called a liar because the woman said i did not ask for a medium.... great customer service... NOT
