Food is always really good, came in on Mother's Day and there was no host/hostess, but Kay did a phenominal job of taking initiative and making order out of chaos. She was all over the restaurant seating people and cleaning tables, picking up the slack. She's definitely one of the reasons we return

Went to IHOP this morning against my better judgement at this time with this virus outbreak.
But I was very pleased with the staff and the way they are taking this very serious. All of the tables were bare of all the sugars , syrups, etc. they are serving the syrups in individual cups with lids. The
Kay's customer service were exemplary. She was very attentive to our table, kept us informed on our order, & brought us our food promptly. She is a great asset to your restaurant. Definitely recommend and will be returning back for her service.
