Every time I make a visit to Virginia Beach, I stop at Lynnhaven Mall. Everytime I stop at Lynnhaven Mall, I get Charleys. It's pretty much the same as all the rest, and it's a little overpriced, but it's a guaranteed fresh grilled chicken/steak sandwich and fresh fries, so it's the food court winner in my book.

Never fails to impress me. I've been going at this establishment for years now and they never miss my order and make sure I get what I want. Never had a hiccup no matter who's working and never had a complaint to give to them. If you have a hankering for something to eat that never fails to be good, then I highly recommend this place!

DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! DELICIOUS! We placed a large catering order with Charleys Cheesesteaks. The entire process was wonderful - from the amazingly friendly staff to the great food to the seamless delivery. It was all amazing! The cheesesteaks are so delicious (and addicting)!

Pretty good food. Service was a little slow due to the line being pretty long and everything being made to order. Took about 15 minutes to get our food, but I'll wait for hot and fresh food everytime. Little on the pricey side. 2 small cheesesteaks, 2 orders of cheese fries, 2 medium drinks and a large peach lemonade came to $25. Overall, I'd still go back every couple months or so.

We ordered 2 cheesesteak combo meals with drink & they were very good!! This food venue was located in the mall. We visited during Black Friday weekend so, it was very festive, lots of people & lots of shopping going on.

I got the jalapeno cheese steak grinder and I was very happy they took me serious when I said burn my face off. It was delicious. Never had a cheese steak grinder with lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles but they've definitely made a new fan. Will return.

Needs work. The sandwiches taste great, but the sandwiches are all bread. The kinda skimp on the filling. The fries are great. Honestly though even though the food tastes great it not really worth the prices they charge

Worst Cheese Steak Ever. This has got to be the worst Philly cheese steak I have ever had, very little meat, no onions, a lot of lettuce, very little cheese, no peppers, no mayo, no flavor. It was like eating a meatless sandwich with lettuce. To say the least I was very disappointed with the food, this was even after I told the order taker to double all ingredients. Will never ever eat at this place again.
