Review Chick-fil-a - Virginia Beach

The staff is incredibly friendly, helpful and quick in service. The food was perfect, warm and just as I ordered it. The kids were loving the play area and their meals. I didn't know if the sensor trash can was supposed to be touchless, but if so, I think the sensor may not be working. We had 8 people leave with no complaints! Keep it a blessed climate.

I always LOVE coming to this specific location. Food is always amazing! The wait time is so fast! The employees are so sweet! Tonight was particularly good, the employees doing drivethrough outside were happy & laughing with each other. I really appreciate when employees at customer service jobs are able to be in an environment to be themselves & have a little fun! It makes the experience that much more enjoyable.

I love me some chicken sandwiches and this place is on point. I had the opportunity to be served by Cindy. She always has a smile on her face when I eat at this establishment. Cindy goes out of her way to make sure customers are taken care of and that’s what Chick fil A is all about, making sure you feel appreciated and welcomed as a guest. I will continue to eat at this location thanks to the phenomenal service I received from all the team members. #cfa4life

Our group went inside for lunch. The people inside were very friendly, the tables were cleaned and disinfected as soon as someone left. They would periodically stop by and check on us. I love that they have real flowers on the tables, makes it just a little nicer! Highly recommend this location.

I ordered online and went through the drive through, accidentally 10min before closing because I got the times wrong. Despite this when I went to the drive through they were still polite and cheerful. They helped me correct a mistake I made in my mobile order. After pulling to the window I was immediately given my drink, and after waiting less than five minutes they asked me to park while they finished my nuggets as they needed a minute. Barely five minutes later they brought my whole three entree two side order out and gave me a coupon for a free entree apologizing for the wait (it was now three minutes after close and I hadn't even had to wait a full 15 minutes for my order). They were overly kind and accommodating. Most fast food restaurants wouldn't have taken my order modifications so close to close when it meant adding more food on, let alone have been able to get it out to me as fast as they did, and instead of being upset or doing a poor job, they apologized to me and gave me a coupon when they truly didn't have to, I was only sorry I had kept them working past close! Their service was outstanding and above and beyond even other chick fil a restaurants. Truly impeccable service and I will be sure to return specifically to this location.

I always feel like I'm in a Hallmark Christmas movie when I walk in due to I believe the manager Cameron. She is absolutely the friendlest person I have ever met and it is so genuine. It's my go to chickfila now due to her.

This is one of the best Chick-fil-A locations around. Truly kind workers, positive attitudes, clean restaurant, and fast accurate service. Highest rating to this staff! They’re awesome!

I ordered a nugget tray as this was closest location to where we hold the Hampton Roads .NET and Hampton Roads Azure use groups. Manager was super nice and accommodating. Food was hot and delicious as always.

As a doordash driver I am at this location every day ,these girls are the best crew I've ever seen working at any restaurant.they handle the crowd of people that comes in there for lunch time so well and so professional ,and they always have my orders ready for doordash when I get there, Popeyes across the street and sit out in their parking lot and take notes and watch what they do,all day and how nice they are at the counters. Some hard-working girls in there, keep up the great work

This Chick-Fil-A is located in the Parkway Plaza Shopping Center, which is located just south of Lynnhaven Mall. The place is pretty easy to spot along Lynnhaven Parkway. I have been here several times now, and my most recent visit was on December 26, 2021. On my first visit on December 18, 2021, it was pretty busy. I had ordered everything online through their app, so I didn't have to do any payments there. The biggest thing on the first visit was the line was backed up quite a bit. It was backed up into the main road in the shopping center, so it was blocking traffic that wanted to go elsewhere or were leaving the shopping center (for the record, there were two lines). After spending some time in line, I told the order taker I had an order from the app and found it quickly. With a few taps on his end, that was it. After that, the two lanes end up merging as everyone ends up going through the drive through lane. Once you merge, Kimberly was there to print out the receipt and continued on. Once you get to the window, there were a few out there getting the orders. They ask for your name and if they didn't have it ready, they had you go down to the end until it did come out. For this particular order, I had gotten the Grilled Chicken Club with Pepper Jack Cheese, large fries, and an 8 piece grilled nuggets. The grilled nuggets were for the dog. On this most recent visit, I pre-ordered ahead of time again through the app. This time I ordered the Grilled Chicken Club with Pepper Jack Cheese, large fries, and a chocolate chunk cookie. The cookie was free as a birthday reward on the app. The line this time was not as crazy as the first visit, so it was pretty quick this time. The overall experience was mostly the same as the first one. The only difference is after I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong sauce as I had chosen the Sweet and Spicy Siracha sauce, but got a honey mustard one instead. Overall, I can tell you that the food was really good. I have really come to a liking with the Grilled Chicken Club with Pepper Jack Cheese. I like things with a kick to it, and the Sweet and Spicy Siracha sauce fit the bill when it came to having it with the fries (they gave it to me correctly in the first visit). Things happen. It was the day after Christmas after all. That won't stop me from coming back, and it shouldn't sway anyone else to not come here either. One suggestion though is to maybe not use the drive through when it's extremely busy. Other locations bring it out to you in the line without having to go through the single drive through lane. In the end, I have had some great experiences here overall and will be back. You should check this place out too if you're looking for grilled chicken.

First of all service is excellent everyone I go. Second of all, just tried the honey pimento sandwich and is absolutely delicious!! Def filling and more than I needed but I recommend trying it if u haven’t!

Never a bad experience here. Food is always consistently good and their service is the industry standard. Came in for the new honey pimento sandwich and it was insanely delicious.
