Review Lendy's Cafe - Virginia Beach

The atmosphere is laid back. The service was great. I wanted a grilled chicken salad. The salad met exactly what I was looking for and I have leftovers for about 2 more days. I also had the potato skins and flounder sandwich. Everything was really good. If you are visiting the beach and looking for a local spot to try, this is the place. Highly recommend!

Great deal on Wednesday's Burger Nite! Wing specials all the time. Decent beer list. Patrons are fun, staff is great. Good vibes!

Best Wings in VB, EXCELLENT she crab soup, been coming here since i was a kid in the 80's with my dad and brother. Brother ended up washing dishes there in the 90's when kent was slinging wings in the kitchen. Great food, Great owners Great environment.

I used to go to this place all the time when I was on active duty in the Navy. After I retired I do not go to Dam Neck regularly. I went here to meet up with friends from the navy on Veterans Day. It was nice eating here again and catching up with my friends. The food is good and prices are reasonable.

My friends and I went there last night for dinner and drinks, they have never been and wanted them to check it out. Awesome food, great waitresses and pretty sure they will be coming back. Merry Christmas 🎅 🎄.

This place is kind of a dive bar for locals, but that is an understatement. It's a staple for good food and an older crowd, family-like atmosphere. Never disappointed after coming here. They have home made potato chips that people will fight over so make sure to get like 2 orders even though the portion is huge.

First time here and if I lived here I would be going at least a couple of times a month. Everything was very good. For me the Lumpia was the star if the show. Took me back to 10 years old with my family at Clark AFB. I had the fish and chips, fries and onion rings. Nice thick Cod chunks fried up perfect. Fries where fresh cut and crispy along with very crunchy onion rings. Everyone liked there meals. P.S. there where 6 Lumpia rolls to start with. Next time I am up here visiting this will be a must revisit.

Lendy's has been the Go To spot for wings in VAB forever. Great wings, onion rings and more. One item that has always been a pleaser is the Blackened Tuna Phat Quesadilla. 😋

The owner invited us to come to her restaurant after we experienced a house fire. We went in today. It wasn't too busy at all. We were greeted as we came through the door which was very nice. We found a nice table in the back.Our hostesses were at the table taking our drink orders within seconds. They were excellent throughout whole visit. Very attentive, checked on us regularly. They were very friendly!! They made us feel so welcome. The sweet tea is delicious. They offer Pepsi products and alcohol. We ordered several different dinners. The menu has many options to satisfy your palette. It was hard to make a decision. I had the fish and fries(garlic parm) and hush puppies added coleslaw. Everything was great. I also ordered chicken tenders as a appetizer they are really good. Had the spicy garlic Parm sauce on the side. The taste is really good. Their housemate ranch is to die for!! My hubby had the phat quesadilla he said it was delicious. He also ordered nachos and spicy garlic Parm and buffalo hot wings. He enjoyed both. My daughters did the tenders in hot and buffalo. They are big and meaty and flavorful. My son's had the bacon cheeseburgers. They were well seasoned and really big. The fries no matter how you get them were Sooooo good!! The fresh made potato chips are really good. Try them! We really enjoyed our food Thank you Mr and Mrs Cruz for your hospitality to us during our time of need.We will definitely be back here again.

During a recent visit to Lendy's with my 30 year old son it occurred to me that I've been bringing him there his whole life. That alone should tell you how much I like the place. Yet just for the record I'll mention that the food, service, and atmosphere have been maintained at an exceptional level during that 30 years without exception. I appreciate that in a business.

Food was great, and the drinks too. Loved the vibes the place had, felt like comfy. And the servers were really chill and down-to-earth. Would come here again!

I ate here all of the time in the 90’s when it was just a tiny little restaurant tucked away in a small part of a strip mall type commercial area. Hot, killer, suicide, and finally atomic. It was awesome! My friends and I ate here just about every night one whole summer. Fiery hot chicken strips and ice cold beer. It was a great time. Skip forward 14 years and I come back. The place has expanded but the awesomeness remained. Suicide chicken strips and 12 or 19 bottles of cold beer. 12 years later I am back and the place has expanded a third time. The menu has expanded as well. Much more than just the strips and wings I remember from the 90s. This place cannot be topped. Lendy”s will always hold a special place in my heart.

First time here, brought in my family. Ordered wings and two kids menu along with a basket of hush puppies and fried oreos. Wings were awesome! Onion rings melted in my mouth 🤤. Great beer selection too.
