Visiting from out town for holidays first stop at Susan’s kitchenette before long drive back to Georgia .Fresh and hot buffet open at 10am, great prices and portion sizes plates. Delicious meal on a cold chilly day!
Last time I was at Susan’s Kitchenette was 20 yrs ago. Today, I visited the restaurant, and am I very impressed with the consistency after 20yrs. It was really delicious then, and more delicious now. Mr. Elmer and his staff do a fantastic job. They have the very best lumpia and pancit in Hampton Roads. They catered our wedding 22 years ago and we are still ordering from them. You will not be disappointed.
Food was really good, large portions for very reasonable price. I would definitely come back and recommend.
Food was pretty nice, substantial amounts at very affordable pricing. I would return and enthusiastically suggest this place. Four consecutive days of visits! Free coffee, iced tea, and karaoke were offered, though I have no idea if this is the standard in VB.
Home-cooked Filipino meals that were very nostalgic. I am amazed by the amount of food you get for a very cheap price.
The daing could be bigger. The ginisang upo was flavorful. The lumpia were big and delicious! Lastly, the palabok serving was huge for just around $7, compared to ones in New York.
The owners and their staff are courteous & helpful. I come here to dine in and take out food regularly. A very friendly environment.
This is one of my favorite restaurants authentic Philippine cuisine, and they're at Friendly atmosphere and some of the best mommy soup in local Virginia the menu items there are very consistent with the flavor you won't be disappointed:) also outstanding customer service
We had dinner here and were able to order our favorite filipino dishes. The food was great and the Ladies were helpful and kind. My wife and I ordered two entrees with rice at the price of $7.50 which was not bad with the amount of food given to us.
We had our Son’s first birthday celebration at Susan’s and it was a great time. Their banquet room was the perfect size for our event and everyone enjoyed the food that was prepared by the restaurant. Everything was prepared fresh and they had everything we needed from tables, chairs and amenities.
