I would like to say thank you so much for creating this cake for my daughter. It came out absolutely amazing! It was whimsical and simply decadent. Looked good but tasted fantastic. Everyone loved it especially the birthday girl.

Best cupcakes anywhere! The buttery flavor of the marble cake was my favorite of the flavors. If they have the chocolate dipped cupcake get it! You won't regret it. I also really liked the lemon. I really like their collate icing. I didn't love the chocolate cake flavor as much since it seemed a little dry but everything else I've tried has been fantastic. Maybe that one batch got cooked too long. Not sure but even still it wasn't bad. I definitely recommend!! I believe they have a new owner so if you tried it in the past and didn't like it, give them another chance! One of my coworkers had that experience and she said the cupcakes this time were wonderful! Sorry I didn't take many photos...they do have couple small tables to eat in but I heard they are best eaten at room temp. That may depend on your preference. The chocolate dipped marble cupcake was good straight out of the case!!

Best bakery ever! I had my wedding cake custom made here and they exceeded my expectations. I showed Ariel inspiration photos and she created a new design. I didn’t see it till the day before my wedding so I was pretty nervous, but it came out better than expected. If you’re thinking of getting a custom cake, Twisted Sisters is a must.

I got 6 various cupcakes. They were a little dry but very sweet. The snickers didn't taste like snickers. I got a red velvet, 2 lemon, 1 snickers, a chocolate cupcake, and a cute unicorn rainbow cupcake. I gave them a 3 because they were convenient which I greatly appreciate. Thank you.🤩

I ordered a cake for my bridal shower from Twisted Sisters and I was blown away by the artistry, customer service, and taste of the cake itself! I gave the cake designer a very general idea of what I wanted- garden party and some butterflies. She could not have executed the design I had in my head and more perfectly!!!! I love their cupcakes. They’re tasty and consistent and the consistency is what makes it great and not good. Before anyone says anything about the pricing I remind them that 1) they’re massive cupcakes. Huge. 2) it takes a lot of work to make a range of flavors and the extractions to make the food take time and a lot of materials. Strawberry shortcake is my fav and lemon ones are always good. I've used them for a few events. Always delicious and professional to work with! I've placed custom orders with them and they came out wonderful. The photo is 24 minis I picked up walking-in without notice for a baby shower.
I'm picky about my icing (don't like to sweet) and their icing is a good balance!

Love this place. We're moving tomorrow across country and I have got to say this is the one Bakery that I'll miss the most. I can tell y'all don't make cake from box mix (like some other places I've worked at in the past). Hands down, best bakery. Love your buttercream too. I'll miss your cupcakes and I can only hope to find a place out west that's similar 😭❤️

We stumbled upon this place as we were driving down Virginia Beach Boulevard one afternoon. We decided to treat ourselves to a cupcake and picked two flavors to try -- Key lime cheesecake and Oreo. I really enjoyed the Key lime cheesecake, it seemed appropriate for the season. It was a given my husband would pick Oreo (he picks Oreo everything). He liked the Oreo, but I thought the Key Lime was way better and not something I could pick up anywhere, especially since it incorporated a cheesecake component.
The cupcakes were pricey for just two, $9.14 after tax. They do discount the price some for orders by the dozen and half-dozen.

So I've seen twisted sisters on cupcake wars and that is kinda what drew me towards them because either absolutely love to bake myself but sometimes just need a quick treat. The first time I went I fell in love with the cupcakes especially the red velvet. But on the other hand the past couple times I have gone all the cupcakes I bought have been dry and kind of flavorless. I don't know if i just keep catching at the wrong time or what but it's kind of upsetting. Its seems it's getting to the point I'd have better luck just making my own at home.

My sister and I were out at Petsmart in Harborview on 1/13. She and I split a Diva Dozen. We got one of each flavor on the menu, but Red Velvet was out. Bummer! Anyways, I ate the Celebration cupcake and it was delicious! The cake was moist and tasty and the vanilla bean buttercream was amazing. The Oreo cupcake was just as good, the cake was rich and dense and the buttercream was so good. OMG!!! I can’t get enough of these cupcakes. Twisted Sisters are the best! I would highly recommend y’all to everyone I know!

We ordered a custom 4” cake and custom cupcakes for our little one’s fiesta themed 1st birthday. They turned out beautiful and delicious! The cake is delicious and moist (no one likes a dry cupcake!). Everyone raved at the party how cute and delicious they were! The cake was used as a smash cake, it was gorgeous!

Key lime was entirely too sweet yet dry at the same time. Red velvet was basically flavorless and extremely dry. Disappointed I spent so much on these cupcakes to get better ones from food lions bakery. I will say they are very pretty and I'm guessing that's what I'm paying for?

We absolutely love twisted sisters! They have done so many specialty cakes for us. From birthdays, to baptisms, to first holy communions. Each and every time they never fail to disappoint or amaze us. The most recent birthday cake we got for our sons first birthday was a chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling and a peanut butter frosting. Hands down it was the best tasting cake I have literally ever had, along with being the cutest fishing cake I've ever seen!! Keep up the amazing work. Y'all are truly amazing at what you do!

The service was fantastic and the cupcakes were delicious! I ordered online in North Carolina purely from the views and I wasn't disappointed. The lemon cupcake was the best thing that I've tasted in months.
