Great atmosphere, nice and chill. I like that you're able to just grab a pre-made sandwich or order and get it made. I got the chicken salad sandwich (great chicken salad btw), a bag of chips, a giant cookie, and a drink for $20, but if I got a water instead of the pricier Sanpellegrino and skipped the cookie, it wouldve been even less. So they have good prices, too. I'll definitely eat here again if I'm even in the area.

I have yet to be disappointed at any of the taste locations - their sandwiches are fantastic! Highly recommend - perfect to order ahead and bring to the beach!

We ordered from taste for our entire office today and Donna helped me placed the order and she delivered it today. Excellent service. She labeled everything and even put ice on the side for our drinks so they wouldn’t get watered down. Highly recommend! Thank you Donna!!!!

Taste Unlimited has great sandwiches. I love the Inlet sandwich. They also have great prices. You won't be disappointed when you eat here.

LOCATION: Growing up in the 757, the Norfolk Taste (RIP Colley Avenue and Larchmont locations) and Shore Drive Taste locations were my go-tos as they had a welcoming and laid back vibe. This location...not so much. The environment reeked of pretentiousness and the patrons and staff lacked diversity.
PARKING: Since the restaurant is located in a shopping center, there's plenty of parking. Don't be surprised to see numerous Maseratis, Porsches, and other luxury vehicles in the lot.
FOOD: The food is as delicious as I remember. I highly recommend the Northender sandwich and, for vegetarians, the Princess Anne sandwich. Leave room for a dessert bar - the blueberry lemon pie bar and strawberry cheesecake bar are divine!
COST: In my opinion, the combination of flavors, choices of sandwiches, wraps, salads, and novelty of Taste justify the cost. I don't think the prices are unreasonably high and are comparable to other delicatessen/sandwich places.
I love Taste, but just don't love this location.

I was really excited when I started working in the Hilltop area because a Taste would be close by, and whether I'm putting in for take out online or in person - the food is always great!
The staff stay busy, I've never been in when it's not packed, and are always really polite.

I haven’t lived in va beach since 1989. Jewish mother gone, but amazing Taste Unlimited still stands and still provides superior sandwiches for multiple generations. My mother took part time holiday work at Taste Unlimited to help provide Christmas presents for her only son (me) and for the holiday years of 1981-1984 ish my stockings were filled with the exotic candies and summers filled with delectable sandwiches and house dressing. Great to “taste” the taste again. My “custom” sandwich couldn’t have been better. Thank you for the oral flashbacks

My new favorite Taste location,the employees are very friendly and the food is always fresh, my favorites are the Brunswick Stew and the Northender and they never disappoint, I actually live by another location but drive all the way to this one just because I love the atmosphere and staff.

I visited this Taste restaurant today as I was in the area it was tastefully stocked with delicious sandwiches entrees snacks and a wall of wines.This taste allows customers to dine in doors or out doors in a tasteful setting.Try the Inlet sandwich which doesn't have meat❤️❤️❤️
