This place was sooo good and we went back multiple times during our stay at the embassy suites! I was addicted to the apple crisp ice cream with caramel and chopped peanuts on top! The service was really good and the staff was very nice! Will definitely stop by whenever I find myself back in Virginia Beach!

Very cool place with a nice atmosphere! The whole place is fragrant with waffle cone and subtle notes of coffee. There is retro-style seating, and as an oceanfront property directly across from a local monument (Cavalier), the location is quite special. Staff was friendly and efficient, whole place was clean, and the ice cream was AWESOME. Super creamy and the scoops are big.

Great selection of ice cream and everything we ordered tasted pretty good. The shop is convenient for those staying at any three of the nearby resorts. Only bummer was not being able to sample the ice cream but we took the advice of the staff on flavors and we weren’t disappointed.

Wow! This is my new go to spot! I stopped by and got the Oreo milkshake, and it was one of the tastiest shakes I’ve ever had. The ice cream is rich and full of flavor. I was also able to have a coffee for the road, was not disappointed ☕️ do yourself an favor and stop by this gem of a place.

Just about every time I visit the oceanfront We get Ben & Jerry’s. Well from now and forever I will ONLY go to I Scream Ice Cream VB! This was THEEEE best! Now there’s a lot of ice cream spots you could easily visit, but listen to MEEEE! this is the one �. Stellar customer service, reasonable prices, phenomenal flavors! The Owner was very very patient; I described my favorite flavors that I normally get from Ben & Jerry’s he let me taste some flavors that were similar but much much better! Tiffany Trotter and I had a great experience there today I’d highly recommended EVERYONE visit this place.

The nicest owner ever! He is absolutely awesome, and kept telling us that he would get us water or other things if we needed it. He even gave us free samples of everything we asked for, including edible cookie dough. Though it was off season it was an absolutely awesome experience �
