Great service! Waitress new her stuff, food was fresh and prompt! Had an amazing local mom and pop feel to it, definitely has the family in mind when it comes to the Deals!! The Owner was really friendly and cool. Will definitely come back!!

First off, I am not sure why people feel the need to rate negative experiences because it is a locally owned business and that really effects their livelihood.
Everytime I go there they have great food and service. I live in between both of their locations so I go to both. Jason, one of the owners, runs both of the restaurants. He always checks on us to make sure everything is going well. They have an atmophere for everyone. When I have my kids they play on the game machines. When I don't have them I sit at the bar.

Great place if you're in the mood for entertainment. Pool table, bar and plenty of flat screens. They even have a pizza challenge...24 in that has to be eaten in one hour and only two people are allowed. Only thing missing was salad options.

Absolutely love Brother's Pizza!!!! I always get the 24" pie when I go. This time I had a special request of adding eggs to my pie and they did not disappoint. Thank you for making it happen. Delicious!!!!!

We ordered the Family Special (two large x1-topping pizzas, 50 wings with a two liter) and because there were 12 people, we ordered another 50 wings for pickup. This was perfect for our group, and the wing sauce (one order of Bros sauce and one boozy) was excellent. And the pick-up time was less than we were told - so that was nice.
My only complaint was that I ordered a salad for myself, a Bros Banging Buffalo Chicken Salad. It was less than a handful of lettuce, two slices of green pepper, two slices of tomatoes, two of red onion rings, no croutons were on it - although I didn't ask for them to be left off, and a mild sauced chicken. I did ask for no blue cheese and extra cheddar cheese instead, which was accommodated. I didn't look at the salad before leaving, but should have. It looked like the salad was left on a hot spot to keep things warm because the cheese had melted in the salad into a clump.
Everyone in the group kept asking how the salad was, I could only reply, "Sad."
I have a pet duck, his salads that he eats on the daily are bigger than this was - with way more veggies. And I don't spend $13 for his like I did for mine.
My fault I guess, maybe I should have looked at the salad before leaving the restaurant.
But other than the salad, everything was good.

One of the best independent pizza places around. Great food and the staff is on point with the service. Updated 4-29-22 brought my daughter and her friend again tonight around 5:20. We were seated by the bar in the left hand side. The young lady who took care of us did an amazing job. I wish I could remember her name. Truly outstanding restaurant and the staff is awesome.

I LOVE brothers pizza, but I LOVE it more than I used to now that they have this new bar tender. I think her name is Tania or Tonya, but either way she corrected my order that my server messed up. (I asked for buttered noodles with broccoli and got butter soup with no broccoli) she immediately took responsibility and it wasn't even her responsibility. It happened to be that the server rung my order in wrong. She was more than pleasant and made sure that I was comfortable waiting for my food to be remade. I honestly hope to see her every time I go in there. And just a heads up to anyone reading this, THE BOOZY WINGS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEY WILL LET YOU ORDER ALL FLATS AND IF YOU ASK FOR EXTRA CRISPY, THEY GET IT RIGHT EVERY TIME!! EVEN TO GO, THE WINGS ARE CRISPY!

WOW!!!!! Friendly fun and hospitable staff! It was a Friday night and there was no wait to be seated. We were greeted by the nicest young lady. She lead us right to our table of four. We ordered appetizers- specifically the jalapeño poppers and outstanding garlic knots🤤 The drinks were flowing and we never had to search to get refills which is huge for our group. The pizza, wings and pasta were exactly what we expected they be! From the environment to the staff to the amazing food, this has become our go to in Virginia Beach. It’s an absolute MUST that you stop in if you haven’t already! Keep up the great work BROS!

We heard great things about this place. So my son and I went to place an order for take out. Yes they were busy. But the waitress was laughing at us when we told her it was for take out. While laughing she told us it's about a 45 min wait to an hour. Didn't give us the option to want to wait, simple said why dont you try back tomorrow, because we're busy. What! I've been in customer service for 30 years. Never have I ever been told that. We would of waited if giving the option to. We were there at 6:30. Didn't even want to give a 1 star but had to, to leave this. Needless to say we tried reginella's for the first time it was great they were busy but we offered the choice to wait. And we did.I just have to say that Julian reached out to me numerous time about my review. He showed great concern about his business and how his customers are treated. He made me feel like he was truly sincere and passionate about fixing this. After speaking to him I am going to give them try. I have a feeling I will not be disappointed. He showed 200% outstanding customer service. Julian it was a pleasure and I look forward to trying your pizza soon. Good luck to you. And many blessings to you.

I got sushi one night and my oldest wanted pizza, so went down to brothers and got him 2 slices to go. The pizza was decent so we decided to go one night when they had the $10 large pizza special. So we went tonight. The pizza was greasy, so much so, that I didnt eat it. The garlic knots were bleh. The glass of wine was served in one of those old school little glasses, which are so small and the garden salad was mostly cheese and lettuce. I will never go back there again. Kids and I had an upset stomach afterwards.

Called to get the special of a large pizza with wings the pizza was over an hour and 15 min to get here the pizza was luke warm and stiff with a slight char to the bottom. (Far from the new York style they usually have.) I used to love this place but since then they've gone down in overall quality. Would like to see the pizza I fell in love with come back.

Me and a friend come here every Tuesday night for their Tuesday special and every visit has been phenomenal. We always request the same server every time, her name is Amber D. She's amazing - always smiling, always quick to offer refills, very attentive to our needs, and knows our order by heart. I've always had a 5-star experience at the Brother's Pizza off Great Neck. Top notch service, amazing food, and the friendliest staff of servers (and cooks) of any restaurant I've ever been to. I highly recommend everyone to try them out and see for yourself, you won't be disappointed! 😊🍕

This place is awesome! I come here once a week or so with a friend and everything is always 100%. The pizza and garlic knots are so good, as is the service! They also have great drinks. My favorite is the Naughty Irishman which is amazing.

Brothers pizza is a very welcoming environment the servers and management make me feel very welcome. I have seen them handle different situations and task in a very friendly way. They are always smiling and fast with services. The owners are great people they look after the best interest of the customers and employees. They have done very well with keeping everyone happy. They have molded their business to the liking of customers and employees as well. They are willing to try new ideas that are better for their business , employees, and customers. They are very willing to listen to any ideas or changes that need to be made. I personally have had a great time at their locations. They recently made changes for customers with kids. Im not a kid but I love the games they have. They are so much fun.

We stopped by after spending a day at the water park. Kids were starving, we got fries, garlic knots and a huge pizza. Service was great and the food was on par, like always. We left with a lot of leftovers and in a food coma!

We order Brother's quite a bit and decided to order pizza and wings for a small party we had over the weekend. The girls on the phone were great in helping us figure out how much food we needed. Food was delivered in a timely manner by a very nice delivery guy! We ended up ordering a couple more pizzas half way in to the party because every body was raving about how good it was! Great food and great customer service...wining combo!

Our family visited the area for a few hours and decided to give it a try since I saw the news special. My guys are football players and totally enjoyed their juicy burgers and slamming meat lovers pizza ���� and the wings were hair free and delicious! Crispy and seasoned!
