Wonderful Italian food. The chef has been in this area a very long time and prepares all dishes to order. Austin normally waits on us. He remembers us when we come in and that is nice. Atmosphere is fine but if they were to change it up just a little it could go a long way. Pictured is Scallops bruschetta (on special that night) house salad, Caprese salad, Seafood Ala-vodka, and chicken Franchise. Def. Recommend.

We dined at Mangia Qui recently and it was a great experience. The hostess greeted as soon as we entered. Service was prompt and food was delicious. I ordered the seafood alla vodka, husband ordered the lasagna and my daughter ordered pasta with butter and parmesan cheese. Generous servings of bread!
Atmosphere can benefit from a slight update but it was clean and welcoming.
They should consider drink options for kids such as milk and lemonade. We went with our 9yr old daughter who doesn't drink soda so her only option was water.
Overall we had a positive experience and will return.

Was my first visit here. We made reservations for 6pm and our booth was ready for us when we arrived at the restaurant. Our server, Austin was very professional and offered us very friendly service. We ordered one of the specials as an appetizer. Bruschetta with scallops. It was spectacular! As a main I had the Veal Marsala and my wife had a small bowl of Fettuccine Alfredo. Both were perfectly prepared. I will definitely be back over and over again. Thank you for such a great dining experience!

First of all and most importantly, this should be your go to for authentic Italian dishes!! There was a birthday dinner our group put together on a Sunday in July. The reservation process went so smoothly. It made my heart happy. Everything about the experience was amazing. From the excellent staff to the delicious food. Please, if you desire a great meal and awesome atmosphere, Mangia Qui(Eat here), is the place.

This was my second time here it never disappoints! This time, my fiancé had the Seafood Alla Vodka, which has jumbo shrimp, sea scallops, tomato vodka cream, parmesan, and fresh fettuccine. Price: $29. I had the Tortellini Alla Vodka, which has ricotta cheese tortellini, tomato vodka cream sauce, mozzarella, and parmesan. Price: $18. Both dishes were amazing, but his was definitely better. Go for the Seafood Alla Vodka every time. You will not be disappointed! :-)

Great experience! Very good and attentive service. Caprese and Cesar salads were good - caprese tomatoes were some of the best we've had. Good value and big portions - especially the huge focaccia bread appetizer! Tried a watermelon soda for fun, that was good and sweet, and my wife enjoyed her Cheryll mixed drink. Grilled chicken pesto pizza was huge and delicious! Chicken and sausage Florentine was fantastic as well. Raspberry Limoncello cake for dessert finished off a perfect meal. 10/10, would recommend!

Their service and food are excellent. We had the fried mozarella, calamari for appetizer. All is freshly made. For dinner we enjoyed traditional pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Delicious. We also had their Salmon dish and a special cantollini. All dishes were delicious.

I died and went to Italy! Had the calamari with a peroni. Main entrees were Veal Francaise and Tuna and shrimp puttanesca with an Italian Pinot Noir. The food is amazing! Excellent wine list. It's not very fancy, but who needs fancy with homemade fettuccine?

This place has good food but the making reservations for a restaurant off a main road is really ridiculous to me. Got the brick oven pizza and chicken parm which was great. Not as good as federal hill in Rhode Island but fills the void

The owners are honest hardworking ppl. The food is delicious and I personally believe the cuisine is above the rest. They are receptive to all ppls and make you feel like you're part of the family.

Food is great. Service, not so good and here’s why. Wife and I went there for dinner. Only two other couples were there excluding a group 10 (who were extremely loud) Everyone there had food and beverages. It took 15 minute to bring us water and refill was at a crawl. Afterwards service got worst. There was no sense of urgency for customer service. Thanks but no thanks I will spend my money elsewhere.

I went to eat today longing for a good Italian restaurant and I noticed the high quality of the food that is also prepared at the moment and not pre-frozen and the desserts are a total delight, I will return again! Totally recommended 1000%

This lovely family owned Italian restaurant is by far one of my favorite. You'll find yourself overwhelmed with flavor with their homemade pasta, cheese and sauces. The hospitality that the wait staff displays will have you feeling at home. So glad I discovered this hidden gem in Virginia Beach.
