Scrambled was only breakfast place opened on Atlantic Ave this past Sunday, that we could find. My family and I were visiting the area after attending the Breast Cancer walk. Alex was AMAZING! She was friendly, personable, and taking care of everyone in the restaurant with ease. All of our food came out as ordered and was fresh, including the to go order for the group.

I arrived here around 10:15am on a Saturday morning with my sons. It was pretty empty. I opted to sit outside as we just left the beach and were a little sandy, lol. Most of the chairs are rusty, due to the metal and the rain, I assume. They did have 3 chairs with cushions, which we sat in.
We ordered around 10:20am. We all got “the flop” which is 2 pancakes, eggs, and bacon or sausage. Toppings are $1.50 extra. My boys got chocolate chips and I got blueberry.
The food came at 10:31am. It was hot, fresh, and Delicious. The pancakes, in my opinion, were average. No complaints but not one of the best I’ve had. The bacon was perfectly crispy. We were given a basket that has syrup, ketchup, butter, and other condiments. We were also given hot sauce, salt, and pepper. The waitress was friendly. She was the only one present. They do have drink and food specials as well.
Overall, great experience. We ordered, ate, and left in under an hour. It was in a convenient location as well as it was in between the oceanfront and our hotel on Pacific Ave. I would return!

No wait to be seated. Limited tea options. Breakfast was quick but good. We didn't get cocktails but they had a good selection drinks. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. The beach decor was cute. Table was wobbly.

Food was good. Very honestyle. Nothing fancy but just good real food. Most of my table had gotten various omelets. I had gotten the crab cake eggs Benedict. I had never had an eggs Benedict before but this was pretty good. They came with hash browns. Price was reasonable. I think for the 5 of us it was around $100 or so? I should add that my father and law and his girlfriend had 3 shots of Hennessy with their breakfast so that would contribute to the price. No complaints. Atmosphere was similar to a diner. The waitress was friendly. A little too friendly for my tastes but it wasn't towards me, so who cares. My wife loved it. Food came out in a timely manner.

We come to this place for breakfast several times on each visit usually at least twice a year. The owner and his daughter are always friendly. Alex is such a pleasure. She always remembers us and is one of the reasons we come back faithfully. The food is delicious. So far everything I have tried has been wonderful.

Breakfast was okay but the Sweet potato Pancakes were out of this world!
And the Mamosa will definitely make you wake up!

A hidden gem in Virginia Beach...great diner with a wide variety on the menu... From all day breakfast to Mediterranean to tacos and wonderful salads. Speaking of it, the Cobb salad is just the right size and freshly prepared. Two large fish tacos were seasoned well and very yummy. Also recommend the Mediterranean wrap and platter.

Amazing Cuisine!!! I’m from upstate New York (Please don’t hold this against me). Me and my sister grew up here in the 80s and came back to vacation. We found this small, homey place and we’re interested in the “Mediterranean” menu. OMG!!! The menu is full of delicious options for everyone. The hummus is homemade as is most of the the sides. The attention to detail is due to the family from Israel and their love.

Heather was our server. She was absolutely amazing. Super attentive and friendly for our family group of 5. The food was A1!!!!! Everyone enjoyed their meals. I got French toast with cheesy scrambled eggs and bacon. My group of 5 also got pancakes, omelette, and burritos. Everyone enjoyed their entrees. We ordered drinks as well. The drinks were fairly good too. Prices were pretty reasonable. The back restaurant sits ant a slope which is SUPER awkward but that’s the only complaint. All in all, we will be back! Still give a 5 star.

Scrambled was recommended by a friend and it did not disappoint. We went on a Sunday afternoon and had brunch. The food was so good, taste and quality! I had the pastry omelet and asked the chef to add turkey sausage, it was one of the best meals I've had at the oceanfront. Definitely stop by.

Their french toast was SO good. Apparently they make their own challah bread fresh every day and it shows. The other breakfast dishes we ordered were also great. If you're looking to get a delicious breakfast at a reasonable price, this is the spot. Service did seem a little chaotic while we were there...but thankfully we didn't have to wait long to get our good food.

The waitress really did her best to accommodate us. The place was packed and they were short staffed. But the waitress was extremely patient and welcoming. My boyfriend never liked hummus until he had it at this restaurant! The hummus is made fresh when ordered and so is the bread (inserts drooling emoji). The grits were a 9 out of 10 (really good). I ordered hash browns and added peppers and onion to them. The chef did not disappoint! I didn’t care for the challah French toast too much because I tasted very eggy and the sweet potato pancakes with pecans were cool but I wouldn’t order again. Overall I will definitely be back when in town!

Went for breakfast. Ended up eating on the patio with the beach in sight. Our server was excellent and the food was so good that my 7yr old picky eater devoured his meal. Way to go scrambled!

This restaurant is the BOM!!!! While strolling down Atlantic Ave, I came across Scrambled and very glad I did!! The food was terrific, the staff outstanding. I had a very fun evening with the other patrons and the staff. You won’t find a more festive place and you can’t beat the cost or the great food.

This is the place I wish I'd found yesterday morning when looking for a breakfast spot. A friend mentioned it last night and I took advantage of it this morning.
I enjoyed the Biscuits & Gravy (with Andouille sausage!), Banana Pancakes & Eggs (The Flop), and the chef's special Chocolate Crèpes.
I finished everything, and I bought some baklava for later.

The breakfast and service was great. We had waited at a different restaurant for over an hour and a half before making our way to Scrambled. Our server was friendly and had a great sense of humor which made a super impression. It's a long way from Cleveland, but if I'm back in Virgina Beach... I'll be dining here again for breakfast and mimosas.

On our visit to Va Beach we came here and we were genuinely surprised with their menu and their mixed drinks. To add to that we were greeted by the owner and he was so gracious. A must to visit on return trips. Check it out you won't be sorry
