We were looking for some good local food. The Icehouse delivered! The Icehouse has a great menu but always check out the daily specials for some hidden gems. The day we visited they had a great prime rib on special! It was delicious my only advice is to get the larger cut because I wish I had more when I finished the smaller portion! We also had the Greek salad made with their grandmother's secret recipe Greek dressing. Kyle our server was attentive and helpful.

We had a fantastic visit to the Ice House for a group of 13 children & parents. The Ice House staff were so kind & accommodating.
The French Dip was definitely the best I’ve had in years & their fresh pickles were delicious.
The atomosphere reminded me of being with family, the temperature was very comfortable & the music choice was fun.

The staff is pleasant and friendly. There is a strong smell upon entering from front. The food is okay. A little bland in comparison to the restaurants in Philly but we enjoyed our experience overall.

Nice little place we found a couple minutes from the main street. Got busy pretty fast but the food was great! Definitely recommend the crab cake burger.

Omg you guys, if you’re ever in Virginia Beach you must must go to The Icehouse. The service, food, atmosphere is the best. Our waitress, Michelle was so friendly and funny and gave over the top service. We felt like we were home. Went there twice and insisted we sit at her table. The owner was funny, of course, fellow New Yorker 🩷 he was chatting with us as well and genuinely enjoyed his patrons. Awesome, can’t say enough. We sent other guests of our hotel and they thanked us for suggesting Icehouse. Win all around.

Great little locals place. The food was sooooo good and the customer service was wonderful. They were very attentive to our needs and came by to check on our table periodically. The night we went, it was prime rib night, and the amount you got was just right and cooked perfectly.

Last night we needed some r&r and good food. We found that at Icehouse! Our server, Brittany P. was very polite, prompt, and kind. We went with the restaurant week menu that was outstanding! Compliments to the chef for the ravioli and steak that melted in our mouth. I gave it a four due to the stuffy air. Probably from an unseasonably warm day. Will definitely stop by again.

Great place to eat, the food is always amazing, great specials. The bar is always fun, the staff is great!! Very little 'turnover' at this place and you know that means the staff is treated right and therefore the staff treats you right. Great locals hangout.

My boyfriend and I visited from Myrtle Beach. The atmosphere was great, our server was sweet as anything, the blackened pork chops were phenomenal, and the owners were welcoming and inviting. From a fellow service industry customer, this place was off the hook. We can't wait until our next visit to Virginia Beach to come back here. Thank you!

We are from Ohio and this place was great. We had the Nachos, chili was really good. We had Fish and Chips, was cook perfect. We had a hamburger, was so good my daughter cleaned her plate and we had the clams, really good. Good food and good prices.

I went 10 minutes before the kitchen closed and the waitress still allowed me and my kids to order. She was so nice and continuously checked on us. Every staff member that walked by stopped at our table to make sure we were ok, more so cooing over how handsome my boys were. The food portions were great and prices were reasonable. I can't forget about the alcohol! Drinks were awesome! It has definitely become my go to place every time I visit Virginia Beach! Highly recommended!
