Ordered general tsao’s chicken, mapo tofu and chicken & broccoli. The portion sizes were great, you could tell it was freshly made and everything was really tasty. Highly recommend! It’s a bit hidden and you have to go around a building to get there but it’s worth it.

I consider myself a self-proclaimed Chinese takeout connoisseur and this place shines among the rest. I also like Tsim Yung in Alexandria and Yums in DC off 14th and P. I still recommend this place over those two places. They actually can alter the level of heat in the general Tso if you ask nicely. Other places don’t care to care — this place does. The Lo Mein is great too. The egg rolls also stand out. Their lemon chicken dish is also really good.

This is a take away/ delivery spot in an out of the way area. It came as a pleasant surprise how good the food was. I ordered triple kung po extra spicy and with chicken friend rice. Both was delicious

Very pleasantly surprised by this place. I got delivery to my hotel room and it got here not only very quickly but everything was hot, crispy, and delicious when it arrived. The egg rolls are the best I've had. And the amount of food you get for your money is crazy. I'm a big guy with a big appetite and the crispy beef entree was enough food for me for easily 2 full meals. Really excellent value. And it tasted fantastic. Quite possibly my new favorite dish. I'd highly recommend going here, it's excellent.

China express lives up to its name. They made my order within 10 minutes & it was delicious. The lo mein was very flavorful. I loved the spicy level- it was perfect!! I love how tasty the egg rolls were too. The customer service was nice too. Overall, it’s the best Chinese restaurant in McLean. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I asked for extra spicy and was not impressed. For my next visit, I called them and told them it wasn't spicy. They said I wouldn't be disappointed the next time. I got the mapo tofu and I am very much not disappointed. It's actually very spicy but still tastes good too. Other places haven't corrected like this one. This restaurant is good. Sweet staff too
