We came in and ordered. It was busy. We found a table and we hadn't even say down yet and the employee was already bringing us our food. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Great food, great service, loved the atmosphere. I highly recommend them.
This is not no average fast food joint. Absolute best service around especially to be a place considered fast food . You will always be respected , greeted with a smile and they will even bring the food to your table . The best part is they actually get your order right unlike most other places .
Stopped for breakfast this morning while out in town picking up a few things. Excellent service and food as always. Always had good experiences with the staff, but really impressed with Dallas this morning. As I was beginning to take my trash to the receptacle, he quickly greeted me, asked to take it for me and told me to have a blessed day. Very nice and courteous young man. Keep it up CFA Vidalia!

I used the Chickfila Mobile One App today! I walked in and they had my sweet ready to hand to me and my food in the bag. This mobile service is great when I have to take a short lunch and don't want to wait in the drive thru. Good job Chickfila! #CFAone

Chick-fil-A must have one of the most excellent employee training programs in the fast food industry. The employees are attentive, fast, courteous, and seem genuinely glad you are dining there. That’s refreshing to see in this era of fast food employees often acting as if your are inconveniencing them to walk up to the counter.
I love the customer service. It is so nice to go somewhere and get such wonderful, friendly and FAST service. Sometimes you just need to see someone else smile.
BUT PLEASE BRING BACK TO THE KETCHUP CUPS, THE PACKS ARE SO NASTY.

They are always clean and food comes out quickly! They give you a abundance of sauces and everything is always hot. Wonderful costumer service and even on packed days you never have to wait very long in the drive through.
Visited with my family today at this Vidalia Georgia location. We were very pleased with the meals for the 4 of us. Two had nice salads and one had nuggets and the other chicken strips. The nugget and chicken strip count was accurate, unlike some other fast food places that short you on your order. Food was hot and tasty. Facility was very clean and the staff were professional and exceptionally friendly. I thought it was great that they actually had bags of sweet Vidalia onions for sale in the restaurant ( Of course! This is Vidalia! ), on display in the lobby. They even have special onion tee shirts. I highly recommend and look forward to going again.
