Yesterday I ordered, The site wouldn't let me check out so seemed down. Then when I called in one of their workers named Rick was nice but not only seemed to have trouble with my order took for ever to get the order down, I was on the phone for over 10 minutes and when finally trying to finalize order we got disconnected, I called again and it went by faster. I gave directions on the phone which building number I was in, then called the driver who was lost and told him which building I was in and he seemed to have ignored me because parked near my building but took off in another direction and I had to chase him down. The customer services was what ever. When I got my new cheese crust pizza I wasn't happy with it either, I didn't expect the crust to take up the whole pizza and my family didn't even want to eat it.

With other Papa Johns's locations, I love this one.
My order is always made fresh as in hot 🔥 , and the pizza is delicious- especially the crust 👍😋.
To all the people working at this location, thank you so much 🙏😊.

Unbelievable! I just placed an order with this store and mistakenly selected "Carryout" instead of "Delivery" on the app. I called the store immediately and spoke with Tiffany, who adjusted my order to delivery and adjusted the total. I mentioned that I am a truck driver and currently tethered to the dock at my shipper, and cannot leave to pickup the carryout. After we hung up, she called me back within a minute or two to tell me that she had just spoken with her manager, and he informed her that "we do not deliver to big rigs."
I asked her why as it's never been a problem before, and that over two years of driving I have had Papa Johns deliver to my truck, parked on the street and at shippers/receivers many times without issue. Beside that fact, I told her that I'm not even going to be in my truck when they deliver, I will be on the sidewalk in front of my shipper's facility. She told her manager, who told her again that they will not service diesel trucks. I asked to speak with the manager directly.
The manager answered with a trying-to-sound-tough "This is the manager." I asked him what the problem was since I've had dozens of deliveries directly to my truck from other Papa Johns stores around the country. I asked him what the difference was between delivering to a house or an apartment and a truck. He told me, and I really am quoting here, "Trucks move. I'm not saying this is you, but there are a lot of bad people in the world, and it wouldn't take anything for someone to grab one of my little female delivery drivers and be on the interstate before I even knew." I immediately demanded his name, and he told me it was "Ken" and he was the general manager.
As a husband and father that hasn't even had so much as a speeding ticket I am blown away. First, that I would be accused of being such a horrible person that I am a danger to his "little female delivery drivers" simply over my chosen profession. I suppose it's ok for truck drivers to transport Papa Johns ingredients across the country to their distribution centers, but not okay for drivers to be treated with the same level of respect and decency afforded to the rest of the population. My wife was so blown away when I relayed this story to her that she took it upon herself to call the manager, and he repeated the same words, without apology, to her.
What I gather from this experience is that Ken is discriminating against me, as a male truck driver, and against his "little female delivery drivers" as he clearly doesn't think they can handle a basic aspect of their job. I don't care who delivers the pizza, I was just hoping to have a nice hot lunch today. After 3 months on the road away from my wife and kids, running 70-80 hour weeks to keep grocery stores, pharmacies and even the local Papa Johns cold warehouse stocked, that wouldn't be too much to ask for. Apparently Ken thinks that's a luxury that truck drivers aren't worth affording.
I informed Ken that I would be contacting Corporate and he made it clear he did not care. I did call Papa Johns Corporate, my complaint is being escalated and I am reaching out to an attorney.

Delicious food, easy ordering, timely, friendly staff, and lots of discounts. My only complaint is they are skimpy on the toppings. I always order and pay for extra toppings and it is barely enough.

Had us waiting on the phone for 15 min when we drove up still on the phone waiting to place an order. The store was empty. They said new system press 5 in order to be connected to the store. The phone system said press 5 to speak to a manager. Just stay away from this one theres better ones.
