Food was perfect I know I leave bad reviews when I’m upset so I thought I’d make an effort to leave a good review when I am satisfied.I ordered curbside and had to drive to the location to pick my order up.
When I arrived I waited about 10 mins which isn’t bad ,that insured me my food was not going to be cold.
When I got home my meat was medium rare as request and when they say heat your chips up for 30 seconds trust them it was so worth it like I was eating the chips straight out the back as if I was dinning on location! I mean perfect. I also seen how busy they were tonight and although they were busy they are still putting out good food! GREAT JOB CHILIES 🌶 ❤️

I have gotten take out from maybe 100 restaurants during this pandemic and this Chilli's was my best experience. There were about 30 of us in our cars to pick up our orders. The staff walked to each car and to find who had what order. When my order arrived it was not only well packaged but it was not missing anything. The food was warm and fresh. I recommend everyone order a meal and tip generously. If I could rate the service higher I would.
Not quite sure why people are coming on here sharing their complaints about the wait times , the lack of employees , and the restaurant being understaffed or it being full. We are still in a pandemic. Read that again. We are still in a pandemic. The state has not officially reopened. We are still supposed to be quarantined. If you dislike the wait time, order your food for delivery and eat it at home. Otherwise cook your own food at home. But DO NOT come online and make these people’s jobs harder by complaining when they’re doing the best they can to make your dining experience a pleasant one. It’s already bad enough they have to work outdoors when that’s not what they signed up for. Please come eat have fun at the establishment but don’t complain about things the employees are doing their best on. Thank you
