Panda Express

Everything is good except for the white steamed rice. It’s always hard and seems like it’s either not cooked right or it’s day old rice. Out of all pandas out here this is the only one that constantly has hard rice. This one is close to home so I go there often. Please cooks put more water in the rice before cooking it!!

The truth is food is good no problem there but I'm tired of management constantly asking for donation for various organizations supposedly it's always something how does the public know where its going and if you say no they insist can we have the remaining change. There no different than the people begging for money I find it appalling there no better than the bombs in the street. When a person says no I do not wish to donate that should the end of it no means no. I would like to here them ask would you like to donate to the Armed forces our troops who allow them the freedom to become very wealthy in this country. As a U S Marine I find it offensive I think there is some sort of deception I will never go back there again.

I doordashed here the other day and let me say THEY DO NOT FOLLOW COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS. They made me come inside without a mask! Just to pick up a one item order I could have easily gotten through the drive thru.They also do not maintain six feet distance between themselves or customers. Customer service is slow and rude. Will not come here to doordash or to eat!

Super slow customer service you enter and they don't even serve you! All coworkers including that Chinese Old lady Manager were all so rude given attitude to customers who need to use their restroom. They lack showing humanity with others due to covid-19 even for pregnant woman and small kids!! Not family friendly with this whole situation. Better off going to any other fast food place near by.. IN N Out Burger right next to them do let customers use the restroom as well as other Fast places near.
