Applebee's

Worst service. Save your time and don’t go, especially don’t order online. They always get your order wrong and they never answer their phones. I ordered online and I was on hold for an hour just for them to hang up on me. They are lazy and don’t do their job right. Now they took my money and I don’t have all the food I ordered for my family. If you want to dine in, it takes more than an hour to get seated. Don’t waste your time and money at this location.

I used to go to Applebee's all the time but since they took the Blondie dessert off the menu, it was only the second time we have gone there since. Both times because we were hungry and it was in the area we were in. The food was great but without the Blondie, we will not be returning. All my friends feel the same. Bring it back! We have stayed away from Applebees for years because of the poor service in the past. As we received a gift card we dicided to give it another try and the cook on duty decided to ruin our meals with overloading both with an excessive amount salt. Don't know were the cooks head was at, but this was one big wasted meal. Will not be returning and will give the remaining balance on my gift card to someone who will tolerate this type of service. The individual answering the phone needs to slow down with his phone edicate so that people can understand him. Also needs to take orders correctly as I asked for our fries extra crispy and they were not.

We always have a great experience at this Applebee's and the food is always delicious! I ordered an 8 oz. steak with loaded mash potatoes, broccoli and I love how it comes with a side of the crunchy fried onions. I like my steak medium-rare and it was cooked to perfection. The herb-butter sauce on top made it wonderful! Even the iced-tea actually had a good "tea" flavor and wasn't watered down like you find in a lot of restaurants. Due to our late night work schedule, one of my most favorite things about Applebee's, is that they are open until 1:00 am. I highly recommend it!

Loved this place. I started ordering Curbside To Go a lot since the pandemic started. But today was very disappointing. I ordered the ribs with mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese. Well I guess they didn’t want to use multiple containers because they shoved everything in one small one. It would have been ok except that the cheese sauce from the Mac and cheese was watery and got all over the ribs and mashed potatoes. My ribs were covered in cheese instead of bbq sauce. All because they didn’t want to use another container for the Mac and cheese. Will not be ordering from here anymore.
