Review Wendy's - Victoria

I went there for lunch with my 5 year old son. The cashier that took our order was friendly and helpful. I love that they have a selection of salads since most fast food places don't anymore and the ones that do are small. The salad was a good size. I also liked the fact that I was able to substitute the kids meal drink for a shake without having to buy a shake separately.

I love Wendy's the food is always fresh and delicious. Great customer service is well.

I went to grab an egg/cheese biscuit meal before work. I ordered coffee and they made a fresh pot. It was appreciated!

Odd management lately and sometimes in passed.. Always treated especially special! Is It my Smile ?. Affordable, especially through the app and possibly with mail coupons handed to you at the store by a friend .. thks to Judy for her contribution!! A sandwich baggie of coupons, would that we'd captured our story in video..Great place to meet after Or before church.. Thks employees for warm and inviting treatment

I went yesterday to get me a grilled chicken sandwich and didnt like it at all cuz bun and chicken was cold to many people working there and still cant get the food nice and hot,then i order a jr bacon chesse burger and guess what no freaking bacon and bud cold NEVER,NEVER, going there again.����

Always liked the #1 combo... and still like it, but the newly remodeled restaurant on Navarro in Victoria, TX make my Wendy's single w/fries that much better, plus the serve-yourself computer drink mix machine rocks.

service lately has been Hit or miss, out of cup sizes and condiments, ice tea Tastes Moldy, Been going else where lately...

I waited a long time to order. Then a long time at the window. I know some times it gets bust but I could see people standing around inside. Then I get home and I'm missing part of my order. So I have to go.

We just dropped by for a quick lunch and the person who took and processed our order, who is named Elijah, was phenomenal due to the simple fact that he made conversation with us, apologized for any inconvenience, and told us to do him a favor. He said, "Please enjoy your meal. Our goal is to satisfy our customers with quality service." Other employees could really learn from this man. Thanks, Elijah!
