Beautiful like home atmosphere, service was excellent so sweet and cordial. The food was excellent from the samosas to the delicious gyro bowl. We had a taste of Turkish coffee, falafels and their tantalizing garlic hummus. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at El Basha in Victor. Give it it a try you won’t regret it.

Our family chose to eat here because of the reviews and the authentic Mediterranean food. We were not disappointed. The atmosphere was very enjoyable. The food was very good. The service was friendly and fast. The only reason for 1 less star is the falafel. We felt they were not flavorful enough. Other than that, the appetizer was delicious, and the entrees were fresh, hot and homemade. We all agreed we would eat here when we return again this summer.

It’s wonderful! I immediately felt welcomed and was waited on with a friendly conversation about life. I feel at home with the owners personality and spunk. The food is delicious and cooked by her husband. This couple duo makes it happen with their authentic atmosphere & hard work.

Our book club was celebrating 12 years of book reading and we decided to have dinner at El Basha. We were greeted with such warmth by the hostess that we felt right at home. The food was delicious and came right out. It was so fresh and so tasty. I highly recommend dining here.

I don't know what's better, the food or the service. This is my mother and I's favorite Mediterranean/ Egyptian food place in the greater Rochester area. The ingredients are fresh, portions are generous, seasonings are robust yet pleasant to my sensitive pallette. Definitely the best pita chips and hummus I've ever had, hands down. Not only that, the owner remembers everyone who comes in and is so warm and welcoming. Sometimes to-go food isn't as good, but each time we want to eat at home, we get the same great food.

Today was my first time coming here and my experience was amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and they very quick service. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I got the chicken shawarma and their lentil soup. I will definitely comeback again and try more of their food.

Delicious Mediterranean Food!!
The food was great and even though we reached just before the closing hours, we received warm and welcoming treatment. Although, we had to opt for takeout due to limited service.
The place consists of two different seating arrangements, and the one that's next to fireside is simply relaxing.
Overall a great place to try out!

It was such a happy accident to find this place while driving through New York. It made even 5 very picky eaters with varied preferences very happy. Incredible falafel and foul dish for the vegans and lamb for the picky lamb lover. Less adventurous dish for the little one. Service was incredibly friendly and the food was SO delicious. Casual and fantastic dining in the adorable downtown village of Victor.

Great food and service. A hidden gem! The samosas were fried to perfection and well seasoned. The Egyptian "garbage plate" and pita wrap, both vegetarian, were like the best comfort food around with the added bonus of being healthy options. Prices were fair.

The BEST food in town without a doubt. Friendly staff...amazing, delicious cuisine and variety. I'm addicted! I've become a regular here hooked of the fata chicken and beef. My goal is to Branch out and try th other dishes. I just had the hummus as a snack and look forward to finishing my fata beef from last night. I can easily get 2 meals out of one dish! The rice pudding and baklava are also perfection. I'm fortunate to live 3 minutes away but if I didn't I'd still make the drive. Well worth the trip!

The toughest thing about the menu is deciding what to order! Everything was described to a T on the menu and mouth watered as I was reading it.
The portions were very generous and prices were spot on. Everything we ordered was fantastic. The baklava was very good as well.
The waitress was like a big sister- so helpful and doted on the guests.
We loved the fireplace in the front dining room! Can't wait to return. Found it on Trip Advisor and every review was 100% accurate.

The food was perfectly seasoned and generous portions! There was a slight mix up with the dishes, which we didn't even notice because it was so delicious, but the staff brought us over a free dessert to make up for it. Such nice people!!

Tried the "Egyptian Garbage Plate"...amazingly delicious, bite after bite!!! So many good flavors, very well done. A must try in my book & I will DEFF order again. Also sampled the dolmades with a different spin coming with rice and meat inside, very good as well. Then finally the falafel which was superbly done, nice & crispy, very good. Make this a place to try especially if you have a liking for Mediterranean.

Very friendly staff, best rice pudding I ever had (that's saying alot!!). Small little jewel in Victor, right were Burger Shack once was. Highly recommend going here just for the service alone. Very personable and a great experience! Will definitely dine here again!
