Pizza Hut

After many years of not ordering from them because I thought this was the worst pizza place ever I ordered one tonight since it was so close to my new apartment. They out did themselves and showed me they are worse than I remember. Absolutely disgusting how is this place still open? Do yourself a favor and goto the Pizza Hut on Clay street atleast they know how to make an edible pizza

If it was possible to give zero stars, I would. We placed a large order, 12 pizzas and 6-7 orders of bread sticks to feed our youth. Over $100 worth of stuff! Order was placed at 3:15 and scheduled to be delivered at 6:30. We even received an email confirming delivery despite our lack of pizza. By 6:50, after trying to call 4-5 times but the phone was off the hook, I had to drive up there. 11 pizzas had just been sitting there for who knows how long and no bread sticks were ready. I was scoffed at and talked about when I asked for my delivery fee and tip back. The fact that this location has even 3.9 stars is a joke.

The only reason for one star is because i have to choose one. This is the most abhorrent restaurant service i have ever received in fact its probably one of the only places that charges you money to not deliver a service, this restaurant is a pure embarrassment and should be shut down immediately, because when you order food for delivery it should actually be delivered. The staff is clearly not capable of doing their jobs and should be fired

Called and asked location, female then put me on hold and didn't come back to the phone. I called back twice, no answer, they close @10 i called @9pm. The workers were standing around when I arrived. No sense in no one answering the phone! Rude and friendly. Manager on her cell phone near food with no mask, leaning on the check out counter!
