This Wendy’s is a rip off. First of all, I really wanted go sit down and eat here and the doors were locked even though they had a flag in front of the restaurant that advertised the dining room was open.
Just in 15 mins they lost approximately 20 customers.

Slowest Wendy's on earth. You will easily spend 30 minutes in the drive thru. Have been in line for 45 minutes...
EDIT: For some odd reason we went back to this place today. Order 4 4-for-4s Junior Bacon Cheese burgers. They got all 4 wrong, so had to go inside to get them fixed, we received just plain hamburgers. Explained that they should have been bacon cheese burgers...They made 4 more...Got home and it was 4 chicken sandwiches!!! Are you Fing kidding me!!! As far as I am concerned Wendy's no longer exists because these people can get anything right and are rude the entire time. Whomever owns this store should fire the whole crew and just start over before they go under! Update: didn't learn my lesson... Tried here again... Rude, completely messed up the order, and over charged me. This has to be the stupidest group of people on earth... And now I can join them for going back again to see if it has gotten any better... Please tear this place down!
Update 4-22-22: went back today. Still slow as ever, and got my order wrong again even though the receipt was correct. So still the worst place ever.

HORRIBLE/RUDE!!!! This is my second time trying this restaurant at night. Trying to give them the benefit of a doubt. After my order was ready the male working the drive-thru, handed my order out of the window and shook the bag at me. He didn’t even give me time to reach for the bag. They are so rude at this restaurant!!! Even though I have to drive past this place going home, I will drive to Clinton, MS to get something to eat before I stop here again!

I'd like to say after waiting 40 mins in line last night that I had a good experience. The young lady who took the order rushed me to complete it by cutting me off & asking if I'm done twice, the manager just held the items I ordered like a baseball pitcher, really fast & rushing. He Facial expression read the same, as if I were holding the line up trying to check my order. I asked if she was having a good night, that's when her demeanor softened a little. The only person who did not look or act bothered was the young man who took my money. On top of being in line for so long, I just knew the food would be hot and fresh. NOT! Cheese wasn't melted, lukewarm meat & nuggets, cold buns & fries. I understand the associates may be tired after a long day. I showed respect with "yes ma'am, please" but it wasn't enough for the order takers attitude to change.

Went to get food and they had the doors locked at 3pm. Went through drive through and ask why they were closed inside and he replied because we are short staffed and don't give a F!!!! Unbelievable. ..........
they now have one lane blocked off because they are lazy as f and still have the doors closed to all people coming inside. What is wrong with management or should I say Wendy's.
