Walked in for a Diet Coke and a large pineapple mango smoothie, it took probably 25 minutes. Set smoothie machine was broken and what I take a strawberry banana, I said yes. They finally came out with a pineapple mango. Lady standing next to me from England ordered a happy meal for her child, and they may have put half the fries in the fry box. What in the world has happened to service anymore?

Closed dining room and even when its open its nearly impossible to order with cash at the register because no one will acknowledge you. When they do they rudely tell you to use the kiosk even though the kiosks only take cards.
The drive through wait times are laughable. Up to 20 minutes or longer.
Staff is either incompetent or doesnt care. Probably overworked, under staffed and under paid.
So, it is probably much more the management that is extraordinary incompetent and/or flat out doesnt care.
This is arguably the worst Mcdonalds in the area.
I wish I could give it a lower rating like a half or even a quarter star.

One of the worst McDonald's in the area. Try to avoid. Long lines, slow service in and drive thru. Always short on help. They mix up orders. They renovated the inside and counter service smaller and did away with the self beverage machine. Often the ice cream machine is not working. The manager has an attitude with the customers when they complain.

Always a great experience here at this location. The staff is normally very polite and professional. Even when it's super busy, long lines at the drive up window, etc. they keep things moving quickly. I've been to other McDonald's and I have to say, this one is the best in my opinion. Keep up the good work.

They definitely need a whole new crew of workers at night because they don't do there job and are very disrespectful, they will see you standing in the lobby and turn the other way as if you are invisible. I understand workers are short right now but the ones that are there are getting paid to do a job and even if it's busy they can still have respect for others.

I ordered my meal on the kiosk at 2:38 p. At 3:00 I felt I had waited a ridiculous amount of time and inquired on my food. It had been accidentally cleared off the screen. I5 min later I inquired again. Finally after waiting almost 40 min. I got my food. Drive thru from now on.

Went there this morning to get my kids breakfast my orders were wrong. When I told them I was to get another drink the lady left her station came to the front with an attitude saying I didn’t tell her about the drink. I don’t want to misinterpret anyone or Judge but I’m not sure if this was about my color or just a bad morning. Though I’m a proud black mother of six I’m also full Indian and mixed with other races. Color shouldn’t be a problem as we all shed one blood.

It was terrible no service out of ice cream coffee had so much chocolate syrup u could not drink it. And manager extreme rude. Three different people had problems with there order. And the manager told one customer "DONOT come back here" When he told her the hamber was rubbery she told him it was from the oil. He told I've been eating these for 40 years its rubbery she said "well everything is different now and thats" and as he was walking to a table that's when she told him not to come back. This is the first time in 50 yrs of my life to ever complain about a McDonald. Stay far away from this certain one!!!!
