7-eleven

This 7-11 is not new nor is it large. I think there is a bit of a stigma from the homeless people that live in tents behind the store. I personally have never been bothered by them and continue to shop at this location. I kind of like the staff. I think they are what does it for me. On rare occasions, their gas prices are sensational compared to some of its bigger nearby competitors. The bathrooms are small and less than desirable but that's not surprising, it's more like the c-store norm. Overall I would say that it's not going to win any c-store awards but if you need a slurpee, some lotto tickets, and a 12 pack of beer, it'll do just fine!

I wanted to PURCHASE a cup of ice the cashier said that will be $1.60 same as the drink price. I stated that many stores just charge a minimum but appropriate amount for this and some places such as WAWA don't change at all. Look I don't have a problem paying but $1.60 is excessive for a cup of ice. As I was walking out of the store full of people she rudely shouted out loudly why the hell would he stand in my line and pay for ice when he can get it for free. I politely said a I payed with out complaining and walked out while she stood there with a line full of people shaking her head. This is a lot to say over a cup of ice, but terrible customer service. Rude,rude, rude.
