First time at Ceviche 28 and it did not disappoint! I’m so glad Vero Beach has such a wonderful Ceviche restaurant! Their food was delicious, prices reasonable, portions large, service excellent …and they serve Flan! Marked as one of my favorite local restaurants.

The food was great. My family and I ordered a Ceviche mixto and Lomo Saltado. My wife and kids loved it. It was worth the drive from Palm Bay. The service was great and there is ample parking.
I don't live in Vero beach but I stopped here and fell in love woth the ceviche, great food, great service by Diego the waiter, highly recommended
