The hostess that seated me was super friendly. Our server was friendly but honestly not that helpful. I was trying to order a drink that didn't have sugar in it, I originally asked for unsweet tea but she said they didn't have any teas or coffee. I asked what she had that didn't have sugar in it, I figured she'd know more since she was training somebody. But she wasn't really giving me any suggestions. The food came quickly and was very good. For a while we needed some stuff but she never came around so we got over needing it and just ate our meals.

This used to be a good choice for a quick meal at a reasonable price with excellent service. That seems to have changed. The hostess refused to seat us, even though the restaurant was half empty. She said they were understaffed and the store policy was to not seat new customers until there was a server available. We saw servers standing around. We saw empty booths right near the occupied booths. When I asked the hostess to explain she got flustered and said that was management's policy and there was nothing she could do about it.
After 20 minutes we were finally seated. Our server was pleasant. When we tried to order the salmon we were told they were out. Then we asked for prime rib sandwich...they were out. The server recommended the 4-cheese mack and cheese. It was terrible. Just a bowl of pasta with a watery cheese sauce. I don't know what happened but this was a huge disappointment. Terrible service, terrible food and their prices are up about 40%. I don't expect to be back any time soon.

Very bad experience tonight!
First, we waited a very LONG time for our food! Got seated at 9 pm...wasn't that busy. Finished at 10:30. Everything took long...
The Honey Pepper Chicken Four Cheese Macaroni and Cheese was not as advertised! It was served barely warm, was not baked mac and cheese but just pasta with a mild cheese Alfredo sauce. Barely any sauce and they ran out of bacon. Had to wait 15 minutes for more hot sauce so the food got colder! When it arrived, the bowl was hot but the sauce wasn't!
Finally, gave up and just ate it.
Asked to speak to a manager at the end of the meal and after waiting for about 10 minutes, we were told both of them were in the kitchen cooking! They didn't come out.
Our server was very friendly and sweet but this was a very poor dining experience and expensive for what we got!
We won't be back.

Rare gem for customer service. After so many awful experiences at Vero Beach restaurants, it’s nice to go someplace where customer service still matters. We’ve been here a few times in the evening with different servers. Every time the servers have been pleasant and attentive, not making you feel like they are doing you a favor.
Food has been great for a chain restaurant and reasonably priced. Great go-to spot where you know you won’t be disappointed.

Waitress Sarah was really great. Communicated and was very attentive to our group. Had s great and positive attitude. Food was good and came pretty quick for the amount of people that was in our group. We also had a Waitress bring our drinks before we left who was really nice. An the woman at the door who greeted us as we left was very nice. This was Saturday the 9th of April. And overall good environment and great people who were working that day. Everybody working there seemed to make it a great environment to be in and eat and socialize.

We were immediately greated by the hostess. Then once the table was cleaned, we were brought to the booth. Our server was very nice, knowledable and friendly. It was a great dinner and good company with friends.

Patty G is an amazing waitress. Greeted us within seconds of sitting down. Very attentive throughout the whole visit, got me another water when I only had a bit left in my first one and I didn’t even ask. Super kind and quick service. 10/10 recommend requesting her for your next visit.
